The role drives manufacturing excellence by maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), optimizing raw fish yield, improving labour productivity, reducing unit production costs, minimizing waste, ensuring accurate inventory control, and achieving production targets while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. <p>Responsibilities : Oversee the entire production process from raw materials to the final sterile vial injection, ensuring quality and strict compliance with GMP standards. Coordinate all production stages, maintaining a deep understanding of formulation and compounding processes for liquid sterile presentations. Lead the team to ensure the quality of the final product and be capable of troubleshooting any issues during production.</p>
