deliver complex, high-value aircraft and engineering-related projects across
the airline’s fleet lifecycle, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective
execution of heavy maintenance events, aircraft transitions, Entry Into Service
programs, End-of-Lease returns, ACMI inductions, and fleet modification
initiatives. The role exists to ensure aircraft are delivered, maintained,
modified, and transitioned in line with regulatory requirements, contractual
obligations, and operational readiness standards, while minimizing downtime and
optimizing fleet availability.</span><br></p><br><span></span><br><br><p><span>Duties and
Responsibilities:</span><br></p><br><ul><li><span><span>Lead and manage aircraft engineering and fleet-related projects from
initiation through completion.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate and oversee the BFE selection and procurement process by
working closely with user departments and the Technical Materials Department,
ensuring that all equipment meets operational and technical requirements, and
that procurement and delivery activities are completed in accordance with
project schedules and program objectives.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Manage all routine and non-routine checks including regular WP, engine
change, fuel nozzle change, modification tasks.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Interface directly with relevant departments to effectively manage
contractual obligations, including negotiating amendments arising from design
modifications or schedule changes, resolving any contractual disputes, and
ensuring the successful and formal closure of contracts upon project
completion.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Review, coordinate, and support the preparation of proposals, statements
of work, technical specifications, cost estimates, and contract negotiation
activities to assist the Director of Engineering in evaluating options,
selecting the most suitable solutions, and determining appropriate actions.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external
parties regarding aircraft specifications, build configuration, and production
processes to ensure effective communication, coordination, and timely
resolution of project-related matters.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Oversee contracted heavy maintenance activities, including C-Checks,
structural inspections, cabin refurbishment programs, aircraft painting, and
other major maintenance events.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate with contracted MRO organizations to ensure successful
planning, execution, and redelivery of aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Manage aircraft hangar induction and redelivery processes while ensuring
adherence to schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and regulatory
standards.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Monitor project milestones, maintenance findings, and work scope
changes, implementing corrective actions when required.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Manage Entry Into-Service (EIS) programs for newly acquired aircraft by
overseeing acceptance activities, technical records review, modifications,
certifications, crew readiness, spare provisioning, and operational
integration.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure that all required paperwork and documentation are properly
generated, controlled, and cleared in accordance with approved procedures
before releasing the aircraft for service.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical records, publications,
and documentation for the entire fleet. Oversee the maintenance of manuals,
bulletins, and logbooks to comply with regulatory and internal requirements.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Lead End-of-Lease aircraft return projects, ensuring compliance with
lease return conditions and contractual obligations.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate aircraft inspections, records reviews, maintenance actions,
and redelivery activities with lessors and technical representatives.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Manage induction of short-term wet lease (ACMI) aircraft, including
technical acceptance, regulatory approvals, operational integration, and
project coordination across all departments.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Support aircraft acquisitions, lease transitions, and fleet
phase-in/phase-out activities.</span><br></span></li><li><span><span>Plan and manage implementation of aircraft modifications, upgrades, and

the defined technical specifications, applicable regulatory standards, safety
requirements, quality expectations, and commercial obligations, while

<p>Job Content </p>
<p>The Database Administrator (DBA) role encompasses the administration, management, security, optimization, and continuous operation of OETC's enterprise database environment. It covers all activities related to database planning, implementation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, backup and recovery, performance optimization, capacity management, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.</p>
<p>The role supports databases used by enterprise applications and business systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, confidentiality, and reliability. It includes database architecture, storage management, database migrations, upgrades, patch management, user access administration, database monitoring, automation, documentation, compliance, and integration with enterprise infrastructure and business applications.</p>
<p>The position also covers database technologies, operational standards, technical governance, business continuity, cybersecurity compliance, performance reporting, and the adoption of best practices to maintain a secure, resilient, and scalable database environment that supports OETC's operational and strategic objectives.</p>
<p>Area of responsibility</p>
<p> Administer, maintain, and support enterprise database environments to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.</p>

<p>MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</p>
<p>Education:</p>
<p> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</p>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p> 3 5 years of experience in Database Administrator</p>
<p>Special Skills & Knowledge: </p>
<p> Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, or other enterprise database management systems.</p>
<p> Knowledge of database installation, configuration, administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.</p>
<p> Understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), replication, and database clustering technologies.</p>
<p> Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database scripting.</p>
<p> Knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery solutions.</p>

<p>The Bioeconomy Officer provides technical and analytical support to the ARISE Program's bioeconomy workstream. The Officer supports the development and implementation of the bioeconomy strategy and roadmap, including assessing bioeconomy potential in Salalah and identifying priority value chains. The officer collaborates with technical experts, government counterparts, and private sector stakeholders to design bankable business models and investment cases. Additionally, the role coordinates bioeconomy integration across broader program activities, such as Sustainable Special Economic Zones (SSEZs) and landscape restoration.
