<p>Provide HSSE Engineering safety guidance to the logistics and transportation activities & processes for RPI under TL Safety AP & non Plant scope s, acting as owner of HSSE road safety engineering standards, through; (1) Assesses and continues improvement OQ road safety performance. (2) IVMS systems supervision for OQ and contractors fleet, (3) Promote road safety compliance audits and inspections, and (4) Develop and provide safe journey management support to Downstream business; in order to provide exceptional support on all HSSE logistics and transportation matters at Downstream operations. </p>

<li>Ensure the electronic systems and associated devices installed in vehicles to monitor driver activities are able to identify behaviours such as excessive speed, harsh braking, rapid acceleration and fatigue assistance systems are effectively managed.</li>
<li>Monitor and tracks journeys in real time using IVMS live tracking systems and communication tools, ensuring vehicles safely reach their final destinations. </li>
<li>Maintain active communication with drivers and intervene before, during and after the journey as per the Safe Journey Management.</li>
<li>Initiate and lead Man Lost emergency response procedure search and rescue teams to locate the vehicle and driver.</li>
<li>Identify, report and coordinate resolution of any malfunction or failure of IVMS and associated devices of the company vehicles and ensuring timely repair and restoration. Prepares and Prepare and submit the daily, weekly and monthlyreports on any non-compliance or at risk driving practices or behaviours.</li>

<p> <strong>Role Objective:</strong> </p>
<p>Due to the growing number of pipeline projects, MDO is seeking Principal Mining Engineer to lead Technical Studies to own and drive the technical study process and to bridge between the Exploration, Business Development (BD) and Project Development (PD) teams in advancing projects through successive stages of maturity.</p>
<p>As a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Mining Engineer reporting to the Director of Exploration Planning and Chief Exploration Officer, you will initiate, scope, lead and quality-assure multidisciplinary technical studies across the portfolio, integrating geology, mining, metallurgy and processing, infrastructure, environmental and economic inputs into investment-ready deliverables. You will manage external consultants and contractors, govern study quality against stage-gate criteria, and support the BD and PD teams through the full project lifecycle (scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility, project assessment, remediation, and decommissioning/closure). Regular site visits and close coordination with a range of consultants will be required.</p>

<p>1. Initiating, scoping, leading and coordinating scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies across the project pipeline, working with the BD & PD teams and external consultants</p>
<p>2. Defining study scope, work breakdown, schedules, budgets and stage-gate deliverables, and governing study progress and quality against agreed criteria</p>
<p>3. Integrating multidisciplinary inputs (geology, mining, metallurgy and processing, infrastructure, environmental and social, and economics) into coherent, decision-ready study outputs</p>
<p>4. Selecting, managing and quality-assuring external consultants and contractors engaged in study work</p>

<p>7. Directing and reviewing short-, medium- and long-term mine design, LOM planning and scheduling produced in-house or by consultants</p>

<p> Minimum 10 years overall experience across mining studies and projects, spanning multiple commodities including base and precious metals, chromite, and industrial minerals (dolomite, gypsum, silica, limestone), with several years in a study management or technical lead capacity</p>

<p> Managing multidisciplinary study teams and external consultants from concept through to feasibility and execution</p>

develop a comprehensive schedule for the various departments to commence their work within the budget allowed in the Job order.</p><p>To make plan, schedule and report progress for all Work required to meet the Contract Schedule, including all necessary interfacing with other parties.</p><p>To organize, plan and manage the execution of commission activities in every phases of the project and secure adequate resources</p><p>Docking-Undocking Managing</p><p>Manage the docking/undocking of Project in collaboration with the Client, Master of Vessel, Agents and Production Control department in order to ensure project development as per timelines.</p><p>Pre-arrival Meetings and KoM</p><p>Organize and lead the pre-arrival meetings with all respective Project In-Charge Engineers in order to technically explain and clarify the client s requirements and specifications.</p><p>Organize and lead the KOM (Kick-off Meeting) with all respective Project In-Charge Engineers and Client s representatives in order to technically explain, clarify and agree with all parties involved the requirements and specification for the purpose of the Project</p><p>Technical Advice and Troubleshooting</p><p>Provide technical advice to the Project in-charge Engineers, from issuance of job order to completion of the repair work to support them in achieving their jobs within the budget.</p><p>Provide technical advice and support to the internal departments giving feedback and recommendations on the work summary report, or project status, in order to ensure completion of the project activities on time and as per client/contract requirements.</p><p>Client Interaction</p><p>Review the expenditure and cost, budgets and MH utilization in the department in order to ensure the cost does not exceed the established budget for the department.</p><p>Resources Control and Allocation</p><p>Coordinate with the clients to get all queries / clarifications resolved before the start of job, or during the project, in order to ensure all requirements are clearly understood by various Production departments and reduce the amount of rework required at later stages.</p><p>Communicate the Client s responses, or specifications, to the respective departments in ODC in order to ensure clear communication protocols</p><p>To implement a comprehensive document management system in accordance with Client s requirement of the Project.</p><p>Progress Updates and Documentation</p><p>Ensure that all Project Manager activities findings and updates are reported to the Department format so that critical events and potential delays are timely and accurately communicated for prompt action, thus minimizing impact on overall schedules.</p><p>Ensure that any additions or cancellation of work as per the original agreed scope according to the standard format, technically correct and can be carried out.</p><p>Review, manage and ensure the development and issuance of relevant department documentation, progress, challenges and issues faced in order to ensure timely and accurate availability for any future reference and to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.</p><p>Collaboration</p><p>Collaborate with the Commercial division (Marketing, Estimation) on a regular basis as instructed by the DH/TL in order to achieve targets of the project and its
