<li>Lead and supervise all HVAC pre commissioning and commissioning activities on site</li>
<li>Review and validate HVAC commissioning procedures, method statements, and test packs</li>
<li>Ensure readiness of HVAC systems for commissioning, including completion of mechanical checks, punch lists, and system cleanliness</li>
<li>Coordinate functional testing, performance testing, and system balancing activities</li>
<li>Oversee start up, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment and systems</li>

<li>DX and packaged units</li>

<li>Ensure HVAC systems meet design intent, operational requirements, and applicable international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.)</li>
<li>Interface with vendors and OEM representatives during testing and commissioning activities</li>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning teams</li>
<li>Liaise with engineering to resolve technical queries, NCRs, and site issues</li>
<li>Support system walkdowns, punch clearing, and handover to operations/client teams</li>
<li>Participate in commissioning meetings, progress reviews, and readiness assessments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HSE & quality</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project HSE plans and procedures</li>
<li>Promote safe working practices and participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments</li>
<li>Ensure commissioning documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting & documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and report commissioning progress against schedule</li>
<li>Prepare daily / weekly activity reports</li>
<li>Ensure commissioning dossiers and handover documentation are completed and approved</li>

<h4>Requirements</h4>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HVAC systems within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or large industrial projects</li>
<li>Proven experience in pre commissioning and commissioning phases on major EPC projects</li>
<li>Prior experience working on LNG facilities or complex energy infrastructure projects is highly desirable</li>
<li>Strong site based commissioning background in multidisciplinary environments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical competence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>In depth knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning</li>
<li>Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, layouts, datasheets, and commissioning procedures</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills during system start up</li>
