Implementation of Mechanical engineering practices in accordance with OEM and international standards. Support the development and implementation of a Long Term engineering strategic plan. Life cycle management for all Mechanical systems. Completing the planned shutdowns within time and budget. Safe and efficient delivery of high levels of commercial availability within environment limits. Make decisions, or assist others to make decisions, to resolve plant maintenance problems with immediate, medium and long term consequences. Lead and motivate the team by setting appropriate people and plant related performance measures.
