Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment and carrying out basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (FCU) maintenance.
- Respond to breakdown calls and complete repairs promptly.
- Maintain service records and follow safety and hygiene standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and MEP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a five-star hotel, catering company, or industrial kitchen.
