Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment and carrying out basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines, etc.)
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
  • Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (FCU) maintenance.
  • Respond to breakdown calls and complete repairs promptly.
  • Maintain service records and follow safety and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and MEP systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a five-star hotel, catering company, or industrial kitchen.
