Handling of Projects, CRs and support production fixes on test system, maintain test system</p><p>w.r.t payment system compliance changes and etc. for Debit card system.</p><p>b. Undertake technical evaluations of existing and new initiatives pertaining to Debit cards and</p><p>ATM Acquiring to ensure it addresses the bank’s requirements without impacting system</p><p>performance and put forward comprehensive recommendations</p><p>c. Perform requirement configurations and developments on debit card application on Postilion</p><p>Switch.</p><p>d. Provide requirement support for regression testing, implementation Support and also</p><p>perform technical certifications with Visa/MasterCard & CBO wherever applicable.</p><p>e. Act as a Technical lead for Assigned projects.</p><p>f. Participate and contribute to the projects, CRs and provide analysis and recommendations</p><p>for best possible design and implementation approach.</p><p>g. Support Performance testing, ISO testing and other internal / external testing for the debit</p><p>card system including ATM acquiring.</p><p>h. Participate in business requirements and design phase of Projects and CRs.</p><p>i. Resource should have hands-on experience on Postilion Application.</p><p>j. Resource should able to perform configurational changes in Postilion application and provide</p><p>required support for running projects which have direct / indirect impact on Postilion</p><p>application.</p><p>k. Establish and maintain operational procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and key</p><p>performance indicators (KPIs).</p><br><br><p>Oversee project’s incident management, problem resolution, and change management</p><p>processes.</p><p>m. Coordinate with various stakeholders including development teams, vendors, and business</p><p>units for system upgrades and maintenance.</p><ol><li><p>Incident and Problem Management:</p></li></ol><p>a. Act as the escalation point for payment system incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and</p><p>preventive measures are implemented.</p><p>b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.</p><p>d.
