<p>The assistant manager of HR is responsible for providing effective support to line management on HR and administrative matters enabling them to achieve the commercial objectives and to assist the finance/HR manager in day-to-day routine HR and administrative work for smooth functioning of HR and administration department.</p>

Son ambition est d'être reconnue par les clients pour son expertise technique et son support adaptés à leurs besoins opérationnels.<br>Dans le département Bureaux d'Etudes Support & Service dédié au Programme Moteurs Civils, un chargé d'étude a comme rôle principal de concevoir les outillages dédiés aux opérations de maintenance sur moteurs civils.<br>Votre mission sera d'accompagner un chargé d'étude dans la réalisation des activités suivantes:<br>- concevoir et mettre en plan des outillages destinés à la manutention, l'assemblage/désassemblage, au contrôle, ou à la réparation des moteurs civils dans l'environnement après-vente,<br>- produire la documentation technique en lien avec ces outillages (notice, analyse de risque,...)<br>- assurer la relecture des études réalisées par nos bureaux d'études sous-traitant, <br>- apporter un support technique à nos clients en lien avec l'utilisation de nos outillages, <br>- participer aux axes d'amélioration du service en pilotant des activités du plan de progrès (méthodologies, outils, etc.)</p><br><br><p>Déplacements occasionnels en France<br>Site accessible en transport en commun et/ou navettes gratuites</p><br><br><p>Parlons de vous : Vous êtes diplômé-e de niveau Bac +2 en génie mécanique, industriel, gestion de production ou équivalent avec la volonté de poursuivre en apprentissage<br>Une volonté de développer ses compétences en CAO et en plan 2D dans un environnement aéronautique est demandée.<br>Vous vous projetez sur le poste ?
