<p>Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance. Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects. Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains. Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items. Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level. Assess capacity contribution of conventional and renewable generation technologies. Evaluate system flexibility, operability and balancing requirements under increasing renewable energy penetration, including the role of standalone BESS, pumped hydro storage, demand-side resources and other flexibility options. Prepare forecasts of fuel requirements and fuel nominations for MEM and IGC. Review models for forecasting electricity and water demand. Assess uncertainty and risks associated with demand forecasts and develop probabilistic forecasting approaches where appropriate.Assist in the development of advanced forecasting tools considering up to date market developments. Provide expert advice and recommendations to management on Long-term energy strategic planning, procurement, energy transition, energy storage deployment, electricity-sector decarbonisation, and sector development matters. <p><h4>Job overview</h4> <p>The chief AGE mechanic supervises, trains AGE technicians and performs inspections, maintenance and servicing and storage of assigned AGE. Maintains and inspects hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems to include turbine, diesel and gasoline driven AGE. Responsible for the day-to-day AGE shop operations and communicates with the AGE superintendent to assure work priorities are met. Accomplishes work in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data.
