<p><b>Job title: </b>Technician Maintenance Offshore Stream: Operated Assets Function: Musandam Cluster - Operations Location: Oman Offshore Platform Budget control: *OPEX and/or CAPEX and/or Revenue amount as relevant* Reporting to: Team Lead, MGP Maintenance Job purpose Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities on offshore platform equipment and facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in accordance with OQEP's maintenance procedures, HSE standards, and offshore operational requirements. <li>Assists with ensuring employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.</li>
<li>Assists with ensuring compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.</li>
<li>Assists with ensuring medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.</li>
<li>Facilitates random, reasonable belief and post accident drug testing process (in properties where applicable).</li>
<li>Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.</li>

<strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong>
<p>To manage the Maintenance activities for all Company s offshore assists such as SPMs facilities, Marine Loading Arms/hoses and all other offshore assets (Seawater Intake Screen, Navigation Aids, Marker Buoys, Subsea Pipelines, etc) and any future offshore assets installed by OTTCO under the supervision of lead marine.</p>

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

<p>The incumbent will be representative of the Company for maintenance activities at marine / offshore side with the offshore maintenance contractor, responsible for the safe and timely maintenance of the offshore facilities and to have shared responsibility to provide functional leadership for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of offshore facilities with marine operations team, regardless the number of assists. The responsibilities shall be as outlined, but not limited to, below:</p>

<ol>
<li>Be ready to act as incident commander in the event of any marine related emergencies at the Marine facility and responsible for the development and continuous improvement of all marine aspects of offshore maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintenance PM and CM for all offshore assistance: attend all PM on time as per scheduled plan with no delays and achievement without any backlog though the year as per OEM. CM to be cleared on time without any impact on operations.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining the availability of SPMs and their system by 100% all through the year and during operations for crude unloading by ensuring the following as minimum including all offshore assists:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Ensure SPM availability as per O&M contract.</li>
<li>Lead maintenance team to ensure all SPMs maintenance carried out as per OEM recommendation and RCM studies.</li>
<li>Ensures all necessary equipment s /SPMs are ready for the operations.</li>
<li>Ensure planning and completing of SPMs annual maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure planning and completing SPMs 6m maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure calibration Of SPMs instrumentation.</li>
<li>Regular Maintenance and Check for spare SPM, make sure Its availability in case of any emergency.</li>
<li>Prepare SPM swapping/ replacement procedure, ensure that spare SPMs is ready for installation at any time.</li>
<li>No MTBF.</li>

<li>Spare Parts Management: Manage and control all offshore spares and make sure minimum spares are available with no interruption to operations.</li>
<li>Prepare and develop any procedures / plans as needed by the department and asked by Company.</li>
<li>Operation Support: responsible for supporting the marine operations whenever needed, that s include the following:</li>
</ol>

<li>Port Regulations & Information</li>
<li>Reports to the loading master / marine operations any deviations encountered during his watch.</li>
<li>Maintain communication and follow up with marine operations and shore CCR on the progress of each tanker mission and be stand by for any maintenance requirement.</li>
<li>Support The loading master s in writing the Sequence of Events and records for every mission, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Support the Maintenance requirements for Duqm Terminal Marine Loading Arms and Hoses whenever needed.</li>
<li>Support onshore Operations and Maintenance whenever needed.</li>
<li>Familiarization with QHSE Policies, Objectives, procedures and its record maintenance</li>
<li>Awareness of Significant environmental aspects, Health and safety hazards, related actual and potential aspects and risks associated with their risk.</li>
<li>Awareness of Emergency preparedness and response measures.</li>
<li>Awareness of implications of not conforming to the integrated management s system requirements, including not fulfilling the organization s compliance obligations</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Maritime or similar </li>
<li>+2 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Oil and Gas Maintenance and Operations environment.</li>
<li>Experienced in offshore / marine maintenance, SPM is preferable.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of ISGOT 6, OCIMF and relevant international marine standards.</li>
<li>Knowledge of refinery and Oil Terminal plant operations and oil movement, crud testing.</li>
<li>Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.</li>
</ul>
