<p>Role &amp; responsibilities Lead and manage the PEB structural design team , including engineers, designers, and detailers. Review project specifications, architectural drawings, loading criteria, and client requirements. Plan and allocate design work according to project priorities, schedules, and manpower. Review and approve design calculations, structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and connection designs . Ensure designs comply with applicable international and local codes Coordinate with sales, estimation, project management, procurement, production, and site teams . Review design inputs and identify technical risks, clashes, and constructability issues at an early stage.
