Operational Oversight</p><p>Provide oversight of all Company operations including mining, processing (2.5 Mtpa plant), maintenance, HSE, finance, and corporate functions. Oversee the transition from project commissioning and ramp-up through to sustained, nameplate commercial production. Oversee project planning, execution, tender management, and contract administration.</p><p>4. Financial Stewardship</p><p>Approve and manage OPEX and CAPEX in line with Board-sanctioned plans; oversee budgeting, reporting, and audit. Drive revenue generation strategies and establish goals to maximise shareholder value and long-term returns. Ensure prudent financial management including treasury, debt covenants, and lender reporting obligations.</p><p>HSE, STAKEHOLDERS & PEOPLE</p><p>5. HSE & Regulatory Compliance</p><p>Champion a zero-harm culture across all site and corporate activities. Ensure full compliance with all applicable Omani laws, regulations, and international standards governing the mining and processing sector. Maintain all operating licences, environmental permits, and regulatory approvals required for uninterrupted operations.</p><p>6. Stakeholder Management</p><p>Develop and maintain productive relationships with the shareholder (Minerals Development Oman, MDO), government ministries, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, lenders, and media. Maintain open and effective communication with local communities to ensure a positive social licence to operate. Represent MMC at legislative sessions, industry forums, and formal functions.</p><p>7. People, Culture & ESG</p><p>Build a high-performance, values-driven culture that attracts, retains, and develops talent. Drive Omanisation targets and structured succession planning across all levels of the organisation. <li>Perform all Instrumentation activities role in Tank Terminal Industry & Duqm Petrochemical Terminal.</li>
<li>Prepare and signatory for Permit to Work activities within area of responsibility as licensed and advised by Supervisor and perform operations and maintenance activities in accordance with established company Quality Systems and manufacturers' practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the availability of instrumentation, analyzers, control systems, and communication systems in the area, including the best work practices in maintenance.</li>
<li>Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test various industrial instruments such as control valves, transmitters, DCS, Fire and Gas Systems, ESD systems, and pressure controls.</li>
<li>Preform and control all work related to instrument maintenance and calibration and analyze periodic maintenance reports to improve section efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain all instrumentation drawings in as-built condition and ensure any modifications are reflected accurately.</li>

<li>Coordinate and supervise the work of Instrument Technicians and any sub-contractors personnel working on the terminal facilities associated with the Instrument & Control facilities.</li>
