Financial Stewardship</p><p>Approve and manage OPEX and CAPEX in line with Board-sanctioned plans; oversee budgeting, reporting, and audit. Drive revenue generation strategies and establish goals to maximise shareholder value and long-term returns. Ensure prudent financial management including treasury, debt covenants, and lender reporting obligations.</p><p>HSE, STAKEHOLDERS &amp; PEOPLE</p><p>5. HSE &amp; Regulatory Compliance</p><p>Champion a zero-harm culture across all site and corporate activities. Ensure full compliance with all applicable Omani laws, regulations, and international standards governing the mining and processing sector. Maintain all operating licences, environmental permits, and regulatory approvals required for uninterrupted operations.</p><p>6. Stakeholder Management</p><p>Develop and maintain productive relationships with the shareholder (Minerals Development Oman, MDO), government ministries, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, lenders, and media. Maintain open and effective communication with local communities to ensure a positive social licence to operate. Represent MMC at legislative sessions, industry forums, and formal functions.</p><p>7.
