Must be able to gain access to Logistics Tool Suite (LTS), Global Freight Management (GRM), Cargo Movement Operating System (CMOS), Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Integrated Booking System (IBS), Joint Container Management system (JCM), Wood Packaging Materials (WPM) Management Toolset, Global Asset Reporting Tool (GART) and web-based tracking systems such as Integrated Data Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID-ITV) Tracking Portal, Global Decision Support Systems (GDSS-2) and Single Mobility System (SMS) to ensure In-transit Visibility (ITV) within the Defense Transportation System (DTS). <p><h4>Service purpose<\/h4>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our dynamic team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project, a key initiative within TotalEnergies' energy transition strategy. In this key role, you will oversee the safety and coordination of all marine operations in collaboration with Sohar Port Authority at the terminal and relevant Port Authorities in case of bunkering operations elsewhere. Your responsibilities will encompass LNG bunkering operations, LNG carriers loading, inspection and follow-up of terminal marine facilities, and providing expert advice on technical aspects related to terminal activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the logistics entities and warehouse activities.<\/p>\n<p>The job holder is a part of the MARSA LNG Plant team and will report functionally to the MARSA LNG Plant Manager.<\/p>\n<p>The Marine Superintendent will provide technical leadership for marine and logistics operations, ensuring that all objectives are achieved safely, efficiently and in compliance with all applicable rules. supervise Bunkering & Loading Masters during all marine activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise all marine operations related to LNG bunker and carrier ships in coordination with SIPC, acting as the key liaison with the Trading\/Shipping department.<\/li>\n<li>Advise the Plant Manager on the technical aspects of safe loading and berthing operations at the terminal and participate in technical practices.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement standardized procedures for managing materials, equipment, spare parts, and lifting tools essential for operations, leveraging SAP for enhanced control.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily warehouse and lifting activities, ensuring proper classification and safe management of stock materials using SAP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all lifting operations within the warehouse, plant premises and marine terminal to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all warehouse and contractor-provided lifting equipment and accessories, such as cranes, forklifts, and rigging tools are inspected, certified and maintained to meet safety and operational standards before use on company <p>This is a predominantly teaching-focused position to manage and support delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, foundation, and executive programs. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in teaching and research. Preference will be given to candidates with administrative experience. The successful candidate is expected to:</p><p> - Teach Modules: Deliver Modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Cybersecurity and Cyber Forensics. Ensure all necessary content and material is in place for the degree programs in time. Construct and plan student assignments, module delivery, and assessment, ensuring coherence and relevance. Liaise with the faculty Dean on all student matters &amp; timetable planning and managing module timetables, content &amp; resource areas, liaising with academic &amp; technical staff as appropriate. Initiate high-quality learning and teaching/training activities that reflect the needs and contemporary currency of the subject and to foster a group dynamic and peer learning. Engage with students and demonstrators during laboratory sessions to ensure a high level of understanding is achieved by the students. Ensure all learning experiences comply with the expectations of all related standards of the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA). Monitor the student voice through meetings, surveys and reviews and liaise with the Faculty Dean in relation to findings, initiating solutions to any student dissatisfaction or other issues. Formulate and coordinate the Final Year Projects and Theses to ensure a consistent and rigorous process, including liaising with industry where necessary. Attend Open Days, external events and interviews as required by the Faculty Dean to support recruitment activities.
