Elle compte ainsi une pluralité de métiers qui gèrent la relation client, le suivi du comportement des produits en service et l'élaboration d'actions correctives permettant d'optimiser le coût d'exploitation de plus de 30.000 moteurs. Elle assure le support des opérations clients en s'appuyant sur des représentants chez les compagnies aériennes et dans les ateliers de maintenance. Son ambition est d'être reconnue par les clients pour son expertise technique et son support adaptés à leurs besoins opérationnels.<br>Au sein du service Centre Support Clients (CSC) de SAFRAN Aircraft Engines, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Front Office, Middle office et l'équipe de transformation digitale. L''équipe Front Office pour but d'assister les clients pour le compte de SAFRAN Aircraft Engines (CFM, Moteurs à Forte Puissance, MRO, Moteurs Militaires, …) et d'autres sociétés du groupe.<br>Vos missions consisteront à :<br>Gestion de la base de connaissance CSC:<br>•Poursuivre le déploiement du changement d'outil de la base de connaissance du Front Office afin d'améliorer efficacité et la qualité du support aux clients.<br>• Améliorer l'expérience utilisateur en appliquant le processus UX design à la base de connaissance actuelle.<br>• Travailler sur la mise à jour des processus en collaboration avec le back office pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur de l équipe front office.<br>• Améliorer la base de connaissance actuelle afin de continuer le déploiement de l'IA<br>Développement de l'agentique IA dans nos processus CSC:<br>• Développer des agents ia sous copilot pour assister les équipes front office dans les activités quotidiennes et l'utilisation de la base connaissance.<br>• Développer pour l'équipe team leader des agents ia pour faciliter les activités de pilotages de l en cours csc<br>• Etudier les solutions concernant l'intégration vs le CRM<br>CRM amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur afin de gagner en efficacité en pilotant les évolutions outils nécessaires pour le Front Office:<br>• Travailler sur la répartition des activités entre un logiciel d'aide à l'utilisateur intègre au logiciel de traitement des questions CSC versus la base de connaissances existantes.<br>• Piloter les demandes d'évolutions en Lien avec les Team Leader et le responsable du Front office sous forme de rituel dans l'objectif de donner la visibilité aux membres du Front office.<br>Développer une solution permettant aux équipes Front office de connaitre l'ensemble des demandes d'évolution en cours afin d'éviter la génération de doublon.<br>Plan de progrès Front office:<br>• Perfectionner la qualité du support et l'image de marque de SAFRAN Aircraft Engines en accompagnant les équipes.<br>• Participer au développement des actions de progrès du CSC.</p><br><br><p>Poste en normal<br>Poste comportant du télétravail à la suite de la montée en compétence<br>Travail dans un environnement multiculturel et dans la langue anglaise</p><br><br><p>Connaissance en UX design<br>Connaissance en IA (Language, agentique,..)<br>Connaissance en conduite du changement<br>Méthodique<br>rigoureux<br>Curieux</p><br><br><br> </div>

<p>The Instrumentation Asset Data & SAP PM Engineer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of instrumentation asset data, conducting equipment criticality assessments, and maintaining asset master data within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
