<p><h4>Facilities maintenance clerk</h4>
<p>The facilities maintenance clerk performs all technical support, administrative tasks and duties as required supporting the operations of the Amentum facilities maintenance staff. Responsible for PSO headquarters and GPMS sites' facilities special initiatives and preventive maintenance program, implementation of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and coordinating activities. Manages scheduling and tracking of work orders from initiation through completion. Updates, reviews, annotates and files all related historical records and assists facilities maintenance staff in submission of required reports. Ensures compliance with performance work statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).</p>
<h4>Principal accountabilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Creates manual historical records for facilities maintenance assets that are subject to periodic maintenance.</li>
<li>Keeps facility maintenance record binders and electronic records up to date from various sources of information.</li>
<li>Assists in annual updating the real property listing for assigned site.</li>
<li>Keeps a technical library on facility maintenance and fixed equipment up to date.</li>
<li>Inputs equipment data and updates maintenance details in the computerized maintenance management system (when applicable).</li>
<li>Logs all scheduled and unscheduled work orders for the facilities maintenance team.</li>
<li>Receives and passes all completed work orders to the superintendent/supervisor for document review.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits a listing of completed and outstanding work orders to the superintendent/supervisor monthly.</li>
<li>Prepares facilities maintenance related briefings and reports.</li>
<li>Establishes a filing system for all office documents, files and project books concerning facilities maintenance.</li>
<li>Accompanies facilities maintenance staff on field and site visits, as necessary.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows operating system and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum PowerPoint, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>Must have technical background to receive AutoCAD and CMMS (similar to Maximo) training if not currently qualified.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>May be required to operate material handling equipment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Three years' experience in performing administrative tasks required.</li>
<li>May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment.</li>

Summary of the Job Role : Design cables in accordance with the parameters provided by applicable standards, customers and OCI. To support OCI s strategic goals and tendering, provide customer support and support Production. Key Deliverables to and through the Head of Department : PRE ORDER Cooperate with the marketing team in responding timeously to customer enquiries for cables. Understand the technical requirements of the customer in terms of cable and design the cable as per requirements. Analyse the customer needs to understand the requirements as per OCI technical feasibility and provide feedback to marketing team accordingly. Identify all aspects requiring clarification and participate in technical communications and meetings with customers to ensure the customers needs can be met and will be met. Prepare raw material specifications as and when required. You will be responsible to provide the technical data sheets as and whenever required by customers. Prepare and upload the design sheets / BOMs for the raw materials required for production of cable in the ERP for the use of financial and marketing teams. Coordinate with R&D for all development, and with QC for additional testing that may be required. Ensure daily activities are distributed to team members. Risk assessment & mitigation. Design calculations CYMCAP, Cable Sizing, Ampacity, Short Circuit Rating etc. POST ORDER Perform Contract review after order confirmation to clarify and finalize through marketing department any ambiguities in the purchase orders. Prepare the CA Family, Item codes & CMS (Cable Manufacturing Specification) as per the purchase order and transfer the information to production team to for final production. Generate the information needed for the MES as and when required. You will be responsible review the CMSs prepared by Design Engineers before sending it to production. Prepare designs in a format suitable for driving the MES. Work with New Product Development team, Material & Lab teams, Operation & Procurement team. Take lead on CSI, DTC & Sustainability activities. <h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li>Conduct technical training needs analysis (TNA)</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain technical training programs, including detailed training syllabi and course structures</li>
