Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project. </li> <li> Maintain, Review and Monitor the project Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index for the projects under execution. </li> <li> Adopt and implement Project Management best practices in line with directives from FEED Office, IM&amp;T project office and corporate guidelines. </li> <li> Conduct and attend relevant workshops and framing sessions related to project execution in accordance with project schedule. </li> <li> Provide input to project Value Assurance Reviews during major stage gates of the key projects. </li> <li> Manage contractors as per the corporate guidelines stipulated under IMT-502 List. </li> <li> Manage internal resources for the implementation of FEED Office projects and activities associated with FEED Office standards and procedures. </li> <li> Manage and execute FEED Office projects. Ensure completion within the agreed time scale while maintaining Company standards. </li> <li> Ensure project handover and demonstrate the handover as per FEED Office standards. </li> <li> Complete technical closeouts as per the FEED office standards. </li> </ul>
