<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Ingénieur-e d'Essais en Vol F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur &amp; Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Au sein de la Direction Ingénierie des Systèmes de Drones, et plus particulièrement du pôle Opérations et Moyens, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe pour les missions suivantes.<br>Préparation des campagnes d'essais :<br>• Accompagner le responsable des essais pour élaborer un programme compatible avec les besoins spécifiques et adapté à la configuration des moyens d'essais, en tenant compte des éventuelles contraintes de la zone d'essais.<br>• Participer à la préparation et à la planification des campagnes d'essais : intégration, qualification industrielle ou qualification étatique.<br>• Contribuer à la rédaction du programme d'essais, des notes d'organisation et de la Revue d'Aptitude aux Essais.<br>• Être garant du suivi des configurations applicables aux essais.<br>• Participer activement à la préparation logistique et aux briefings avec les équipages.<br>Suivi et gestion de la campagne :<br>• Assurer le déroulement opérationnel de la campagne et le suivi de l'état des matériels.<br>• Réaliser les contrôles et la remise en état des équipements post-campagne.<br>• Remonter les faits techniques rencontrés en cours d'essais.<br>• Participer à la rédaction des comptes rendus d'essais.</p><br><br><p>Le poste proposé au sein du développement des activités drones revêt une dimension stratégique et opérationnelle majeure. Il s'adresse à un profil disposant d'une expérience significative sur le terrain, dans un environnement technique exigeant, dans une dynamique d'innovation, de rigueur et d'adaptation qui caractérisent nos projets au sein de la filière drones et systèmes embarqués.<br>Polyvalence et expertise opérationnelle (aspects mécaniques, électrotechniques, électroniques, câblage et systèmes hydrauliques), pilotage de démarches d'amélioration continue des processus.</p><br><br><p>• Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur, ou d'un cursus universitaire équivalent, vous disposez d'une solide expérience en aéronautique et d'excellentes compétences techniques dans le domaine des essais en aéronautique<br>• Votre expérience vous permet de faire preuve d'analyse, de recul critique et d'agilité dans la gestion de projets complexes.<br>• Persévérant(e) et adaptable, vous savez coordonner, écouter et fédérer les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.</p><br><br><br> </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Ingénieur-e système - Expert opérationnel avion F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur &amp; Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Vous êtes passionné par les nouvelles technologies et avez envie de partager votre expérience en vue d'anticiper les besoins futurs des forces armées.<br>Au sein de l'équipe R&amp;D de l'unité d'ingénierie Digital Solutions &amp; Security, vous serez accueillis par la direction d'Ingénierie Logicielle qui développe et conçoit des systèmes d'information opérationnels et logiciels certifiés.<br>Vous rejoindrez l'équipe R&amp;D Digital solutions &amp; Security pour mettre à profit votre expérience technico opérationnel de pilote / navigateur FAS dans l'élaboration des évolutions des systèmes de préparations missions présentes et futures.<br>Vous serez l'interface métier du client :<br>• Pour le recueil de besoin et la réalisation des spécifications détaillées ou l'analyse de faits techniques remontés par le client.<br>• Lors des points de visibilités en Usine, des recettes Usine et des phases d'essais et de qualification d'une nouvelle version.<br>• En accompagnement des versions en AT<br>• Pour les formations / supports<br>Vous interviendrez en support des équipes :<br>• de développements notamment pour la déclinaison des exigences systèmes et métiers.<br>• de Validation notamment pour la validation des Plans de tests et procédures </p><br><br><p>.</p><br><br><p>Ancien pilote avion militaire, vous avez idéalement une expérience en état-major.<br>Vous aimé la technique et êtes à l'écoute des évolutions technologiques.<br>Doté de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles pour la rédaction des documents fonctionnels (spécifications, cahier de tests), vous savez également prendre de la hauteur vis à vis du besoin client en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes d'architectes logiciels et de développeurs afin d'appréhender la faisabilité technique des solutions imaginées pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins.<br>Votre aimez trouver des solutions à des problèmes complexe et êtes force de proposition.<br>Idéalement Réserviste pour garder la vision du terrain<br>Connaissance parfaite de la Pmiss SLPRM<br>Dés déplacements ponctuels en France sont à prévoir.<br>Savoir-être et Soft Skills<br>• Rigueur, méthode et autonomie dans la gestion des tâches complexes<br>• Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse<br>• Pédagogue<br>• Sens de la communication <br>• Respect strict des règles de confidentialité et de sécurité<br></p><br><br><br> </div>
