Unload/upload feed from trailer along other farmers. Remove manure after batch over, clean, wash and Disinfect the farm premises, all farm equipments (feeder, drinkers, water tank, water pipe, Brooding materials and related Farm equipment). Remove all grass surrounding the farm. Apply bio security measures strictly (having minimum 3 minutes bath before entering farm, foot deep, vehicle spray with disinfectant). Disinfect all farm surrounding daily including farmers pathways and vehicle roads. Check live boxes if cleaned properly (NO Feces and manure is allowed) before allowing catching team to enter the farm. Ensure catching team had bath and change dress. NO visitor is allowed to enter including owner and farm supervisor if not having bath and change dress. All farm equipment and assets including medicines, number of placed chicks is under farmer full responsibilities and shall keep them in healthy and operational conditions and inform farm supervisor/ office if any items need maintenance or repair. The worker (Second party) shall implement any task/job assigned to him by the first party (hatchery, processing plant, breeder farm etc).</p>

<p><b>ROLE OBJECTIVE </b>To provide senior level electrical engineering leadership and independent technical assurance for Otech s mission critical data center portfolio, ensuring that electrical infrastructure is safe, resilient, scalable, maintainable and fit for continuous operation. The role independently reviews and validates electrical designs, calculations, equipment selections, capacity and redundancy requirements, and challenges consultants, OEMs, contractors and service providers where required to protect Otech s operational, technical and commercial interests.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>Strategic / Engineering Governance</p><ul><li>Act as the senior electrical engineering subject-matter expert for Otech data centers and provide independent technical recommendations to management.</li><li>Develop and maintain electrical engineering standards, design principles, technical baselines and lifecycle requirements for mission-critical facilities.</li><li>Support capacity planning, expansion roadmaps, asset lifecycle and obsolescence planning across the data center portfolio.</li><li>Ensure technical decisions balance availability, resilience, safety, maintainability, scalability and total lifecycle cost.</li></ul><p>Technical Engineering</p><ul><li>Review electrical designs, SLDs, load schedules, specifications, calculations, equipment schedules, shop drawings, method statements and as-built documents.</li><li>Perform or verify load/capacity analysis, cable sizing, voltage drop, fault-level/short-circuit studies, protection coordination/selectivity and related engineering calculations.</li><li>Review MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS/batteries, DRUPS/generators, ATS/STS, busway/tap-offs, PDU/RPP/rack power, earthing, lightning/surge protection, metering, harmonics and power quality.</li><li>Validate N, N+1, 2N and other critical-power architectures, including single points of failure and concurrent-maintainability implications.</li><li>Review electrical requirements for high-density racks, POD and containment designs and future power-growth requirements.</li></ul><p>Vendor, Consultant & Commercial Governance</p><ul><li>Independently challenge consultant, OEM and contractor assumptions, calculations, equipment selections and technical recommendations when not adequately justified.</li><li>Recommend acceptance, rejection or conditional acceptance of technical submissions based on documented engineering evidence.</li><li>Evaluate substitutions, deviations, value engineering and change requests for technical necessity, operational risk and lifecycle impact.</li><li>Support Procurement and project teams with technical bid evaluation, bid normalization, clarifications and assessment of variations.</li><li>Identify technically unjustified over-sizing, under-sizing, unnecessary complexity or avoidable vendor lock-in before commercial commitment.</li></ul><p>Projects, Testing & Commissioning</p><ul><li>Provide electrical engineering input from concept/RFP through detailed design, construction, testing, commissioning, handover and operational acceptance.</li><li>Review FAT/SAT, ITPs, commissioning procedures, integrated systems testing and failure-mode scenarios and witness critical tests.</li><li>Ensure electrical defects, punch-list items and non-conformities are closed or formally risk-accepted prior to final acceptance.</li><li>Verify final O&M manuals, test certificates, training, warranties, spares and as-built records.</li></ul><p>Operations, Reliability & Safety</p><ul><li>Provide escalation support for complex electrical faults and high-risk maintenance or switching activities.</li><li>Lead/support RCA for electrical trips, failures, abnormal power events and recurring defects and ensure corrective/preventive actions are technically adequate.</li><li>Review preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, switching procedures, MOP/SOP/EOP documents, isolation plans and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure safe systems of
