URGENTLY HIRING FOR OMAN Position: HSE Manager Job Location: Oman Salary: 900 OMR Benefits: Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE, preferably within Solar Power Projects. GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and safety procedures. Experience in solar project construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities. Conduct regular HSE inspections, site audits and safety toolbox meetings. Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessments, JSA/JHA and method statements. Monitor safe working practices for activities such as electrical works, working at height, lifting operations, excavation and installation of solar panels/equipment. Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and implement corrective actions. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for site personnel. Ensure compliance with applicable Oman/GCC HSE regulations and project safety standards. Coordinate with project management, contractors and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
