<p>Reporting to GM-HR IKEA, managing the day-to-day HR operations of the assigned store. Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Store Manager, Store management team providing value-added services on people-related issues that are critical to achieving the business priorities and objectives.</p>

<li>Translate the IKEA People Strategy to a matching store strategy in alignment with the overall Al Futtaim Retail People strategy.</li>
<li>Design and recommend an optimum organization structure for the store in coordination with Store Manager, Business Navigator and Store Management team to ensure efficient and effective structure and performance.</li>
<li>Accountable for the manpower cost and budget planning for the store, providing the most efficient utilization of the approved budget.</li>
<li>Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently.</li>
