Various other duties as required.</i></p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li><p><span><span>Implement and monitor the HSE plan in accordance with local and international standards.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Conduct daily site safety inspections and record findings.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Enforce compliance with safety protocols for steel erection, scaffolding, and confined spaces.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Lead incident investigations and report root causes with corrective actions.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Maintain safety documentation and logs for inspections, drills, and trainings.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness sessions.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Review and approve contractors’ HSE documentation and method statements.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Participate in HSE audits and liaise with authorities when required.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Monitor environmental compliance and emergency response readiness.</span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Proactively promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site. </span></span></p><br></li><li><p><span><span>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</span></span></p><br></li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li><span><span>Degree or Diploma in Engineering or HSE-related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>10+ years of HSE experience in infrastructure and steel structure projects.</span></span></li><li><span><span>NEBOSH IGC or equivalent mandatory.</span></span></li></ul> </div>
