<p>About tSite HSE / Catering Management / Client HSE & Soft FM Governancehe Role-</p><p>Minimum 5 years as Kitchen Hygienist / Food Safety Officer We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Hygienist / Hygiene Officer to ensure full compliance with the Quality Manual, Food Safety Management System (FSMS / HACCP), and HSEMS across assigned kitchens and food production areas. The role is strongly focused on food safety excellence — covering HACCP implementation, temperature control, personal hygiene of food handlers, pest management, cleaning & sanitation, chemical control, and full product traceability (including mock recall exercises).
