<p>As a member of the security Maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking various preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks and new installation works encompassing either CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems equipment. You must demonstrate a knowledge of the Security System to perform a given project.</p><p>You will take responsibility for all assigned projects/Services from commencement to completion. You will complete these projects/Services in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company policies and procedures. You will be required to work on several projects/Services contracts and perform multitasking and plan activities and calls from customers.</p><p>Job Description:</p><ul><li><p>Site Visit and identify the issue related to ELV system such as CCTV, ACS, Gate barrier, Turnstile, Ip telephone system etc .</p></li><li><p>Identify the Camera, ACS location and cable routing and trouble shoot the camera and ACS system if found faulty.</p></li><li><p>Prepare service reports and maintain site database related to security system.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication with client and understand the site requirements and proposed solutions to client.</p></li><li><p>Check the fiber network within the station or between the stations and find out the issues related to Network.</p></li><li><p>Follow the HSC policy and Adhere to the requirement, closely coordinate with Site Manager for day-to-day activity and completion.</p></li><li><p>Camera location identification and marking.</p></li><li><p>Cable Route marking, Cable Dressing.</p></li><li><p>Camera Installation.</p></li><li><p>Cable Laying, Cable Termination.</p></li><li><p>Ethernet cable and Power cable Pulling and Termination.</p></li><li><p>12 U Rack Panel Installation.</p></li><li><p>Ethernet Switch Installation.</p></li><li><p>Cable trucking arrangement and Installation.</p></li><li><p>Access control Installation and Termination.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><ul><li><p>Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of IP Surveillance Systems and Access, Control Systems, Gate Barriers, or related equipment’s. Follow the drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.</p></li><li><p>Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the</p></li></ul><p>ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.</p><ul><li><p>Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as built drawings.</p></li><li><p>Always Maintaining safe work environment and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.</p></li><li><p>Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.</p></li><li><p>Responding to out-of-hour service calls.</p></li></ul><p>Technical Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Demonstrate at least 4 years previous experience in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems.</p></li><li><p>Administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.</p></li><li><p>Full Driving License</p></li><li><p>Must be willing to work away from working hours.</p></li></ul><p>Technical Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of any of the following system Access control, CCTV and gate Barrier, PA System, Video wall System, third Party VMS system like Milestone etc.</p></li><li><p>Manufacturers training for any of the following equipment including AVIGILON, Bosch, PELCO, Hikvision, DAHUA, G4s, AMG</p></li><li><p>Any kind of Certification on VMS System is an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p>Behavioral Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Team Player: working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experiences to deliver the best solutions.
