Key Deliverables to and through the Head of Department : PRE ORDER Cooperate with the marketing team in responding timeously to customer enquiries for cables. Understand the technical requirements of the customer in terms of cable and design the cable as per requirements. Analyse the customer needs to understand the requirements as per OCI technical feasibility and provide feedback to marketing team accordingly. Identify all aspects requiring clarification and participate in technical communications and meetings with customers to ensure the customers needs can be met and will be met. continuity of operational issues handed over by the previous shift and take necessary action.</li> <li>Capture all major highlights and constraints experienced during the shift in the log sheet in
