<li> Proven track record of managing multiple hotel brands and third-party operators, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring brand integrity.</li>
<li> Strong understanding of hotel financials, investment strategies, and asset management principles.</li>
<li> Experience in coordinating CapEx projects, managing investments, and conducting equity evaluations in the hospitality industry.</li>

<p>Participate in mechanical completion inspections, system walk-downs and punch-list identification/closure. Verify equipment and piping installation against approved P&IDs and operating requirements. Support flushing, blowing, hydrotesting, gas leak testing, line checking and equipment functional testing. Participate in commissioning and start-up of gas circuits, process equipment, CO removal systems and associated utilities. Perform field line-ups and equipment preparation for plant start-up, shutdown and maintenance. Operate and inspect field equipment including valves, pumps, compressors, heaters, material-handling systems and associated auxiliaries. Monitor field conditions for abnormal temperature, pressure, vibration, leakage, noise or equipment behaviour. Coordinate field actions with the Panel Operator and Shift In-Charge. Guide and supervise Field Operators during routine and non-routine operational activities. Support equipment isolation and de-isolation under approved PTW and LOTO procedures. Respond effectively to gas leaks, trips, equipment failures and other operational emergencies. Maintain accurate field logs and report abnormalities promptly. Ensure safe handling of natural gas, reducing gases, hydrogen-rich gas and carbon monoxide environments. Contribute to improving operating procedures and field checklists based on commissioning and operating experience.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience for degree holders or 8 years for diploma holders.</li><li>Minimum 2 years as a Senior Field Operator or equivalent.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Tenova HYL/Energiron or Midrex DRI operations.</li><li>Experience in commissioning/start-up of a DRI plant will be a strong advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of process gas systems, CO removal, PGH, natural-gas systems and plant utilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of PTW, LOTO and gas-safety practices.</li></ul>
