Strong background in contractor management, project execution, construction planning, and site leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, risks, and project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional Certification in purchasing / supply from world recognised associations is desirable. Candidates with experience in large industrial facilities, major infrastructure developments, energy projects, manufacturing plants, or EPC environments are highly encouraged to apply.</p>
<p>Perform TIG and MIG/MAG welding as per project specifications and required welding procedures. Weld and fabricate components made from mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium as required. Read and understand technical drawings, fabrication drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols. Prepare, fit, align, and tack-weld components before final welding. Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding parameters, gases, electrodes, and consumables. Perform welding in required positions, including horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Inspect welds for proper penetration, alignment, appearance, and defects. Identify and rectify welding defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut, and lack of fusion. Carry out grinding, cutting, cleaning, and finishing of welded components. Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in proper working condition. Follow project quality standards, approved welding procedures, and safety requirements. Use appropriate PPE and maintain a clean and safe work area.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma depending on employer requirement.</p><p>Experience: Preferably 25+ years of relevant TIG/MIG welding experience . Candidates with GCC experience , particularly Oman/UAE , will be preferred. Experience in fabrication, construction, manufacturing, structural steel, piping, or industrial projects is an advantage. ITI/technical certification in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Trade preferred. Candidates with 6G/3G/4G welding certification may be preferred for specialized positions. <p>Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard the Company's interests. Support the CGO and senior management in corporate governance matters, including policy governance, shareholder meetings, statutory filings, and regulatory submissions. Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, working closely with external counsel and internal stakeholders to achieve effective and commercially sound outcomes. Provide legal oversight and guidance to the Claims Department to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant claims handling practices. Review complex, sensitive, and high-value claims to assess legal exposure, regulatory implications, and potential business impact, and provide appropriate recommendations. Ensure claims activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Identify and implement process improvements within legal and claims-related activities to reduce risk, improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support timely claim settlements.
