<p><h4>Job duties & responsibilities</h4> <p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to fuels department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of fuels assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections, and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. <p>The Logistics Superintendent is part of the Supply Chain &amp; Marine team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project. In this key role, he/she will oversee the coordination of all Logistics activities to ensure objectives are met safely and efficiently. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, he/she will report directly to the Supply Chain &amp; Marine Manager. The Logistics Superintendent is directly responsible for the accomplishment of MARSA LNG Operations by providing back-office Logistics coordination from Muscat office, contributing to safe, timely and cost-effective Logistics Operations. The job holder ensures the efficient coordination of personnel, equipment and services flows in full compliance with technical, commercial, and safety requirements during construction, commissioning, startup and production phase of the Marsa LNG Bunkering Project. The job holder acts as a key interface between technical teams, suppliers, and leadership to secure high-quality services and materials while upholding governance, transparency, and operational excellence. He/She will be a major actor in ensuring the readiness of all resources through proper and efficient management of the related Logistics Contracts. The job holder works in close coordination with the Sohar site Logistics team and multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure Logistics Operations are executed in compliance with Company procedures, HSE requirements, and local regulations.</p>

<p>The factory in-charge plans, controls and coordinates the production activity in a logical of optimization of the resources (human, economic, technological). His role of mediation and recombination of human resource skills is crucial to organize work schedules and shifts. He must be able to predict and then direct organizational strategies and control on the production management and logistics of orders (orders, schedules and plans of scheduled deliveries). He must have complete vision of plants potential and is the connecting point of the various departments (synergy between Commercial Department and Production Area).
