Act as the single accountable owner for the South portfolio across the full development life cycle, ensuring alignment of scope, cost, schedule, quality, HSE and commercial outcomes. Sponsor projects and phase releases through the applicable G0-G6 stage-gates within delegated authority, ensuring that required evidence, business cases and recommendations are robust and timely. Maintain a strong understanding of real-estate, tourism, hospitality and residential market dynamics relevant to the South portfolio and use market evidence to inform development and monetization decisions. Leadership Lead, build and develop the South Cluster delivery team, including project managers, PMO/project controls, commercial and handover resources and other assigned personnel. Set clear accountabilities, objectives and performance expectations for the cluster team and create a culture of ownership, transparent reporting, collaboration and delivery discipline.
