<li>Ability to independently build, deploy, and configure containers on-premises (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman) and set up discovery infrastructure, scanners, probes, and collectors.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices, ITIL frameworks, and integrating BMC Helix with ITSM and enterprise systems.</li>
<li>Proficient in Linux/Unix (especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7), network discovery protocols (SNMP, SSH, WMI, PowerShell, APIs), and identifying software versions, dependencies, and asset relationships.</li>
