<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Responsable de projets – Senseurs de pilotage F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur &amp; Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Rejoignez Safran Electronics &amp; Defense et contribuez à la performance et à la fiabilité des senseurs de pilotage qui sécurisent les aéronefs civils et militaires.<br>Vous aimez piloter des projets techniques concrets, au plus près du produit et des métiers de l'ingénierie ?<br>Vous souhaitez coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires autour d'équipements de haute technologie, utilisés en environnement critique ?<br>Safran Electronics &amp; Defense recherche un Responsable de projets – Senseurs de pilotage (H/F) pour renforcer ses équipes.<br>En tant que responsable de projet, vous êtes au cœur de la vie série et des évolutions de nos senseurs de pilotage. Vous assurez le pilotage transverse des activités techniques, depuis la définition jusqu'aux essais et au support, en garantissant la tenue des objectifs de coûts, délais et qualité.<br>Vos principales responsabilités :<br>1. Pilotage des activités multi-métiers<br>• Animer et coordonner les différents métiers impliqués : mécanique, électronique, assurance qualité, Product Support Engineer<br>• Planifier, suivre et prioriser les travaux en cohérence avec les engagements projet.<br>• Préparer et conduire les revues d'avancement, assurer un reporting clair et synthétique.<br>2. Gestion de la définition et du référentiel produit<br>• Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers de définition.<br>• Piloter les évolutions de configuration via les mécanismes de changement.<br>• Garantir la cohérence des données techniques et documentaires associées aux activités.<br>3. Pilotage des faits techniques<br>• Centraliser et instruire les faits techniques remontés par la production, le support ou les clients.<br>• Organiser les analyses, suivre les plans d'actions et formaliser les décisions.<br>• Assurer la mise à jour des documents associés pour tracer les évolutions et les traitements.<br>4. Pilotage des essais et de la validation<br>• Préparer et orchestrer la réalisation des essais : fonctionnels, environnementaux, mécaniques, électriques, selon les besoins.<br>• Définir les plans d'essais en lien avec les experts et les laboratoires.<br>• Suivre l'exécution, analyser les résultats et rédiger les comptes rendus structurés.<br>5. Support et interface avec les parties prenantes<br>• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la production, le support produit, la qualité, les équipes design et les chefs de projet.<br>• Assurer un rôle de point focal sur votre périmètre, capable d'expliquer les décisions techniques et les enjeux.<br>• Contribuer à la fiabilité et à la pérennité des équipements sur toute leur vie opérationnelle.</p><br><br><p>Déplacements occasionnels en centres de production à Fougères et Montluçon sont à prévoir.</p><br><br><p>• Formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 à dominante technique (généraliste, mécatronique, électronique, mécanique…).<br>• Expérience en pilotage de lot ou de projets techniques en environnement industriel exigeant.<br>• Autonomie, polyvalence, rigueur et très bonne organisation.<br>• Excellent relationnel et aisance pour coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.<br>• Compétences en électronique et/ou mécanique appréciées.<br>• À l'aise avec les outils de PLM et la rédaction de comptes rendus clairs et structurés.</p><br><br><br> </div>
