<p>The service holder ensures the efficient coordination of material & personnel flows in full compliance with technical, commercial, and safety requirements during construction, commissioning, startup and production phase of the Marsa LNG Bunkering Project. He/She is directly responsible for freight forwarding activities (land, sea, air), contributing to safe, timely and cost-effective logistics operations.</p>
<p>The job holder acts as a key interface between technical teams, suppliers, and leadership to secure high-quality services and materials while upholding governance, transparency, and operational excellence. He/She will be a major actor in ensuring the readiness of all resources through proper and efficient management of the Logistics & Freight Forwarding Contracts.</p>
<p>The service holder works in close coordination with the Sohar site logistics team and multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics operations are executed in compliance with Company procedures, HSE requirements, and local regulations.</p>
<p>MARSA LNG Operations relies on a LEAN organization with multi-competencies personnel. This Service Description is not exhaustive and only highlights the key activities, responsibilities and accountabilities.</p>
<p>The job holder works permanently in an interdisciplinary environment where he/she establishes logistics procedures & relevant documents and participates to the preparation and the optimization of the economic performance of the Marsa LNG Bunkering Project, in strict compliance with Company standards and requirements.</p>
<p>The perimeter includes all MARSA LNG Bunkering Project Logistics & Freight Forwarding operations, such as but not limited to Construction operations, General Services, Production related logistics, Marine operations, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Key activities during the Project phase and in Operations:</strong></p>
<p><strong>HSE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy.</li>
<li>Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.</li>

<p><strong>Supply Chain & Site Logistics Support</strong></p>

<li>Provide daily back-office logistics and supply chain support to the Sohar site logistics team.</li>
<li>Coordinate material movements between suppliers, warehouses and site.</li>
<li>Interface with site personnel to anticipate logistics needs and constraints.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Freight Forwarding & Transportation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Propose appropriate freight forwarding strategy for Company items and adapt it to the circumstances to ensure and enhance material delivery at site.</li>
<li>Coordinate and follow up all freight forwarding activities (domestic and international).</li>
<li>Liaise with all relevant external stakeholders, such as but not limited to freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, marine warranty surveyors, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure timely execution of shipments and proactive management of delays or deviations.</li>
<li>Liaise with Local Customs to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong></p>

<li>Prepare, verify and control logistics and shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWB / BL, customs documents).</li>
<li>Maintain proper tracking and reporting of shipments and logistics activities.</li>

<p>We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Oman and be part of our growth. You will be responsible for developing the business through partner restaurants in-person and maintaining long-term relationships through regular calls and emails. You will also manage existing accounts and handle menu photos, promotions, advertisement sales, renegotiation and transmission methods optimization as well as other special account management ad hoc projects as per standards set.
