<p>Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance. Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones. Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects. Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains. Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items. Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level. Manage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc. Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor. Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment. Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executed. Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc). Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders. <br>About the opportunity<br><ul><li>Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance.</li><li>Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones.</li><li>Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects.</li><li>Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains.</li><li>Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items.</li><li>Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level.</li><li>Manage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc.</li><li>Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and RiderSupervisor.</li><li>Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment.</li><li>Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executed.</li><li>Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc).</li><li>Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders.</li><li>Reduce rider complaints originating from customers.</li><li>Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders.</li><li>Audits fleet appearance & rider behavior via on ground visits.</li></ul><br>What you need to be successful<br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>2+ years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Influencer and negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skills</li><li>People management skills: Experience in managing a bigger group of people</li></ul><br>Who we are<br><p>Talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
