<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. The ASM portion of the position coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer as directed by Site Manager.</p><p>Job Duties & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Primary liaison between Amentum sites and USAFCENT on issues pertaining to FUELS.</li><li>Oversees reconstitution and preservation plan for <p><h4>Job duties & responsibilities</h4>
<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to fuels department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of fuels assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections, and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. The ASM portion of the position coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer as directed by Site Manager.</p>
<p><strong>Primary liaison between Amentum sites and USAFCENT on issues pertaining to fuels.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees reconstitution and preservation plan for fuels based upon requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include the calibration of meters, gauges and tools, functional testing of pumping systems and hydrostatic testing of fuel hoses.</li>
<li>Tracks fuels deployments, ensuring timely delivery of assets.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries from Program Management and sites concerning various requests from the USAF and external agencies.</li>
<li>Attends staff meetings and provides management reports and briefings, as required.</li>
<li>Provides assistance, guidance and coordination on revisions of fuels maintenance actions in response to changes in Air Force Publications, Technical Orders and the PWS.</li>
<li>Oversees Product Quality Deficiency Reports from submission to resolution.</li>
<li>Creates, coordinates, implements, and revises fuels Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Training Plans, as required.</li>
<li>Conducts periodic staff assistance visits to all sites.</li>

<p>Math Tutors teach pre-university-foundation-level Maths to students on Muscat University s Foundation Programme. They are responsible for planning and delivering interesting, useful and engaging Maths lessons to students on the Foundation Programme. <p><strong>Education</strong><br>
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, or related discipline</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong><br>
Minimum 12 years experience in oil & gas or LNG projects<br>
Proven experience as Instrumentation Superintendent or Senior Instrument Supervisor during precommissioning and commissioning phases<br>
Strong hands-on site experience on large EPC projects<br>
Extensive exposure to LNG or gas processing facilities<br>
Candidates without direct site supervision responsibility in PCC phases will not be considered.</p>
<p><strong>Technical expertise</strong><br>
Strong practical knowledge of:

<li>Instrumentation PCC workflows and field execution</li>
<li>Loop checks, cause & effect testing, calibration, and valve testing</li>
<li>DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, and analyzer systems</li>

<li>Instrument loop drawings and hookups</li>

If you’re a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.<br> </p><br><br><p>You will lead a team of coordinators who form the essence for our logistics operations for the allocated zones, and you’ll work closely with line-manager and local cross-functional teams to achieve objective key-results, and ensure to deliver a seamless experience to our customers! </p><br><br><br><p><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Monitor, investigate, and act on Fleet Partner Rider fraud signals at the zone and individual level, ensuring timely detection, escalation, and resolution of fraudulent behaviours.</li><li>Lead operational compliance oversight across allocated zones, ensuring Fleet Partner Riders adhere to platform policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Supervise and enforce anti-fraud controls during live operations, proactively identifying anomalies and coordinating swift corrective action.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of Rider Coordinators, setting clear accountability frameworks around fraud detection targets and operational compliance adherence rates.</li><li>Conduct regular on-ground site visit audits and spot checks across allocated zones to validate Fleet Partner Rider behaviour, verify operational compliance, and gather firsthand intelligence on emerging fraud patterns.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between Fleet Partner Riders, vendors, and internal stakeholders on operational compliance-related matters, ensuring fair, transparent, and consistent enforcement.</li><li>Own the end-to-end process for Fleet Partner Rider-level cancellation fraud — identifying patterns, building action plans, and tracking resolution outcomes.</li><li>Produce weekly reporting to line management covering fraud trends, operational compliance KPIs, open investigations, and recommended corrective actions.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of fraud detection and operational compliance SOPs, contributing recommendations based on ground-level findings.</li><li>Execute special operational compliance and fraud-related projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Support wider operations and stakeholder requests as directed by line man<strong>agement.</strong></li></ul><br>What you need to be successful<br><p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>4-5 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is a must.
