<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Ingenieur-e Electronique Analogique/Puissance F/H CDI Ingénieur & Cadre Temps complet Au sein de la Direction Technique de Safran Electronics & Defense, vous intégrerez le Centre d'Ingénierie Contrôle Moteur et Puissance du site de Valence, spécialisé dans le développement de calculateurs et équipements électroniques embarqués pour les applications aéronautiques et spatiales. Vous serez acteur-trice du développement de nouvelles architectures électroniques de puissance destinées aux systèmes critiques embarqués de demain. Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront : -Concevoir des cartes électroniques analogiques et de puissance depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la qualification. Définir les architectures de conversion d'énergie adaptées aux contraintes aéronautiques. Concevoir et dimensionner des convertisseurs DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC et des étages de puissance de quelques dizaines de watts jusqu'à plusieurs dizaines de kilowatts. Réaliser le dimensionnement des composants magnétiques (transformateurs, inductances, filtres) et des composants de puissance. Participer à la prise en compte des contraintes CEM, thermiques, derating et fiabilité. Participer aux essais en laboratoire et à l'analyse des résultats. -Assurer le suivi technique des développements électroniques Contribuer à la constitution des dossiers de justification et de certification Participer aux revues de conception et aux analyses de risques Accompagner les transferts vers la production et le support aux équipes industrielles -Contribuer aux projets R&T/R&D et aux développements de nouvelles générations d'alimentations embarquées. Participer à l'introduction de nouvelles technologies de composants de puissance (SiC, GaN). Apporter votre expertise technique aux équipes projets et contribuer à la montée en compétence du métier. Diplômé-e d'un BAC +5 spécialisé en électronique, vous avez acquis une expérience significative dans le domaine de l'électronique analogique. Vous possédez tout ou partie des compétences suivantes : -Conception de convertisseurs de puissance DC/DC, AC/DC et DC/AC. -Dimensionnement des composants de puissance, des composants magnétiques (transformateurs, inductances) et des filtres CEM. -Connaissance des semi-conducteurs de puissance traditionnels et de nouvelle génération (MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN) ainsi que de leurs circuits de commande (drivers). -Simulation électronique analogique et électronique de puissance (LTspice, PSpice, Saber ou équivalent). -Analyse thermique, rendement énergétique et fiabilité des équipements. -Connaissance des contraintes de compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) et de l'environnement aéronautique. -Conception de cartes électroniques analogiques et de puissance embarquées. -Connaissance des essais environnementaux aéronautiques et des exigences associées (DO-160). -Une connaissance des processus de développement d'équipements aéronautiques certifiables (DO-254) serait un plus.
