<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Assessment and Diagnosis:</p></li></ul><p>o Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical function, mobility, strength, and</p><p>range of motion.</p><p>o Develop individualized treatment plans using both traditional physiotherapy and robotic assisted technologies.</p><ul><li><p>Robotic Therapy:</p></li></ul><p>o Monitor and adjust robotic therapy protocols to suit patient progress and tolerance.</p><p>o Collaborate with biomedical and engineering teams to optimize therapy outcomes and report</p><p>equipment issues.</p><ul><li><p>Treatment and Rehabilitation:</p></li></ul><p>o Deliver hands-on and technology-assisted physiotherapy for conditions like stroke, spinal</p><p>cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, and post-COVID</p><p>rehabilitation.</p><p>o Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and post-discharge care.</p><ul><li><p>Documentation and Reporting:</p></li></ul><p>o Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using electronic health</p><p>records (EHR).</p><p>o Generate reports and contribute to research or clinical outcome analysis as needed.</p><ul><li><p>Interdisciplinary Collaboration:</p></li></ul><p>o Work closely with neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and</p><p>rehabilitation nurses.</p><p>o Participate in case discussions and rehab planning meetings.</p><ul><li><p>Training and Development:</p></li></ul><p>o Stay current with advancements in robotic rehabilitation and attend relevant training.</p><p>o Train patients and support staff in the safe and effective use of robotic devices.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)</p><p>Valid registration/license from relevant physiotherapy board</p><p>3+ years of clinical experience (experience in neuro or robotic rehab is a plus)</p><p></p></section>
