<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced marine specialist to join our dynamic team for the LNG bunkering project.</p>
<p>In this key role, in close collaboration with the LNG team in Sohar, you will be a strategic member of the Muscat back office in charge of preparing and overseeing the safety, compliance, and efficiency of all marine operations.</p>
<p>Your area of responsibilities will apply to LNG carriers loading, LNG bunkering operations, and, to a larger extent, all marine-related matters of the LNG bunkering project.</p>
<p>Your skills and experience will also identify you as a potential temporary replacement of the marine superintendent in Sohar.</p>
<p>Additionally, you would potentially be able to provide support to the Sohar team regarding logistics entities and warehouse activities, as this will be part of the Sohar marine superintendent's scope.</p>

<p><h4>Role summary</h4>
<p>A Coiled Tubing Field Specialist is a senior field-based role responsible for leading and executing complex coiled tubing and well intervention operations with a high level of technical expertise and operational authority. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services while acting as the key technical leader on location in the absence of, or in support of, the Field Supervisor.</p>
<p>The Field Specialist III is accountable for managing critical operational phases, troubleshooting complex wellsite challenges, and ensuring full compliance with HSE, well control, and client requirements.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities</h4>

<li>Lead and supervise complex coiled tubing operations at the wellsite</li>
<li>Execute advanced interventions such as deep cleanouts, high-pressure milling, fishing operations, and stimulation support</li>
<li>Oversee rig-up, pressure testing, operation, and rig-down of CTU and pressure control equipment</li>
<li>Act as the primary technical authority on location during operations</li>
<li>Monitor and interpret real-time operational data and make critical field decisions</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex surface and downhole equipment issues during live operations</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to well control standards and HSE procedures</li>
<li>Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and operational briefings</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with Field Supervisors, clients, and multi-service teams</li>

<li>Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.</li>
<li>Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.</li>
<li>Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.</li>
<li>Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the client’s objectives (examples: clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in a way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes SOP).</li>
<li>Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.</li>
<li>Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.</li>
<li>Complying with job center and S&OP platforms.</li>

<p>To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a bachelor's degree in engineering.</li>
<li>Have 10 years of experience in drilling services.</li>
<li>Have previous experience as an applications engineer for 4+ years.</li>
<li>Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards drilling services.</li>
<li>Be able to work in a team.</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate leadership skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrate intermediate / advanced English.</li>
