<p>We are seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Electrical Supervisor to supervise and execute electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on a major industrial energy development project. The role is focused on field-level supervision, ensuring safe execution of electrical testing, energization, and system handover in accordance with approved procedures, schedules, and HSE requirements.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Electrical Superintendent and Engineers, overseeing technicians and contractors while coordinating closely with construction and commissioning teams.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<h4>Pre-commissioning supervision</h4>

<li>Verify construction completion and readiness for pre-commissioning through site walkdowns and inspections.</li>

<h4>Commissioning & testing</h4>

<li>Supervise commissioning and functional testing of LV and HV electrical systems as per commissioning plans.</li>

<li>Oversee testing of motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, and emergency power systems.</li>

The Events Management Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational delivery of events from concept coordination and vendor management through to on-site execution and post-event reporting in line with plans approved by the Director of Marketing and Communications. The role requires a hands-on events professional who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously while maintaining consistently high brand and quality standards.</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Event Planning & Coordination</strong> Support the Director of Marketing and Communications in developing the annual events calendar, providing input on timelines, logistics requirements, and vendor options. Coordinate all pre-event planning activities including venue sourcing, supplier briefing, collateral preparation, and internal stakeholder alignment. Develop and maintain detailed event project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and task checklists for each event, ensuring all workstreams are tracked and on schedule.
