<p>Develop strategies to expand the construction equipment rental and leasing business. Identify new customers and business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, road, mining, oil &amp; gas, and related sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, and key accounts. Drive rental revenue, fleet utilization, profitability, and market share. Manage equipment deployment, availability, utilization, and fleet optimization. Coordinate with Service and Operations teams to minimize equipment downtime. Prepare rental/leasing quotations and commercial proposals and lead negotiations. Monitor contracts, renewals, collections, pricing, margins, and P&amp;L performance. Lead and motivate the Rental &amp; Leasing team and monitor KPIs. Prepare regular business performance and MIS reports for management.</p>

<p>Manage EPT / EPF and Well Testing Operation in accordance with cleint specifications and contract requirements</p><p>Develop operation plans, schedules, budgets, manpower, any challanges at the feild.</p><p>Coordinate with Head Office project team regarding operation status</p><p>Ensure compliance with contract scope, KPIs, claint procedures, and HSE requirements</p><p>Provide Operation/Technicial support.</p><p>Ensure strict adherence to HSE, PTW systems, SIMOPS, and Life-Saving Rules</p><p>Lead HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, and risk assessment workshops</p><p>Manage multidisciplinary teams including operations, maintenance, logistics, QA/QC, and subcontractors at the feild</p><p>Support project costs control, monitor operation status</p><p>Act as the primary interface with cleint for technical, operational matters</p><p>Ensure proper operqation reporting, documentation, handover, and close-out in line with cleint requirements</p><p>Support development, mentoring, and competency growth of Omani staff</p>
