<p>Functions as the strategic business leader of the property's Hotel Operations and reports directly to the General Manager. <p>An established Equity Research team is looking to hire an Associate to join its FIG / Financial Institutions coverage team, based full-time in Oman.</p><br>
<p>The team has a strong focus on CEEMEA, with the GCC representing a secondary area of focus. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of financial institutions across emerging and developed markets, with significant responsibility for research, financial modelling, company analysis and client engagement.</p><br>
<p>This is a highly client-facing opportunity, with regular interaction with institutional investors and significant travel expected as part of the role.</p><br>

<p>The team currently covers a broad range of Financial Institutions, including:</p><br>

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct fundamental equity research across Financial Institutions and FIG.</li>
<li>Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks.</li>
<li>Analyse company financial statements, earnings and business performance.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality investment research, including company notes, earnings updates and thematic research.</li>
<li>Monitor market developments, corporate actions, regulatory changes and macroeconomic trends.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with senior company management and industry contacts.</li>
<li>Present investment views and research findings to institutional clients.</li>
<li>Support senior members of the team with client meetings, roadshows and investor engagement.</li>
<li>Travel regularly across the relevant CEEMEA, GCC and other coverage markets.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and expansion of the team's research franchise.</li>

Requirements
<p>The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years of relevant experience within Equity Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management or a closely related analytical role.</p><br>
