Master s degree is an advantage Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in railway project Strong knowledge of building services and electrical power systems in infrastructure projects Familiarity with railway station and depot MEP requirements Understanding of relevant international and local codes, standards, and railway specifications Ability to review technical submittents, drawings, calculations, and commissioning documents Strong site supervision and construction monitoring capability Good coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams and interfaces Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and support timely project delivery Strong awareness of safety, quality, and compliance requirements</p>
