Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the PEB structural design team , including engineers, designers, and detailers. Review project specifications, architectural drawings, loading criteria, and client requirements. Plan and allocate design work according to project priorities, schedules, and manpower. Review and approve design calculations, structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and connection designs . Ensure designs comply with applicable international and local codes Coordinate with sales, estimation, project management, procurement, production, and site teams . Review design inputs and identify technical risks, clashes, and constructability issues at an early stage. Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering . Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage. 15+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with significant experience in PEB. Strong experience in PEB design, analysis, detailing, and project coordination . Experience managing a team of structural engineers and detailers. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is must.
