Support in variance reconciliation by analyzing material movements in SAP and route cause analysis for the variance and work towards fixing the variance in future.</li><li>Fixed Asset tagging upon capitalization and execution of annual fixed asset count and involve in fixed assets disposal.</li><li>Provide periodic report and set up control mechanism for P2P such as open purchase orders review, follow up with team for actions.</li><li>Ensure connectivity and timelines with GBS to ensure Material Ledger is closed in accordance with regional timelines and is accurate and complete.</li><li>Partnering with Supply Chain to review material costs on weekly basis to ensure accurate cost components.</li><li>Product/Process costing – ensuring that yields, labor and direct overhead standards reflect the true cost of manufacture. <h4>Key responsibilities and accountabilities</h4>
<p>During the onshore construction and commissioning phase on yard, the start-up MultiTech will assist the Start-up Supervisor with:</p>
<ul>
<li>The witness of the Operational Test Procedure (OTP).</li>
<li>The execution of the OTP.</li>
<li>The execution of the commissioning (leak test, function test, etc.).</li>
<li>Preparation of the start-up procedures and the operation.</li>

<p>The Multi-Tech will accommodate with the project on the offshore temporary accommodation. They will follow the commissioning activities as seconded to the Start-up Supervisor as Field Operation representative and prepare the first oil of the new wellhead platform.</p>

<h4>Key responsibilities and accountabilities</h4>
<p>During the onshore construction and commissioning phase on yard, the start-up MultiTech will assist the Start-up Supervisor with:</p>
<ul>
<li>The witness of the Operational Test Procedure (OTP).</li>
<li>The execution of the OTP.</li>
<li>The execution of the commissioning (leak test, function test, etc.).</li>
<li>Preparation of the start-up procedures and the operation.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Multi-Tech will accommodate with the project on the offshore temporary accommodation. They will follow the commissioning activities as seconded to the Start-up Supervisor as Field Operation representative and prepare the first oil of the new wellhead platform.</p>
<h4>Activities</h4>

<li>Identify, in conjunction with the Start-up Supervisor and Operating Authority (OTL), the procedures and precautions to be taken to provide a safe place for the intended start-up activities.</li>
<li>Assist the Start-up Supervisor and finalize on-site start-up procedures, sharing them with the Field Operation core crew to make them applicable on site.</li>
<li>Assist the Start-up Supervisor to finalize a detailed start-up sequence in close collaboration with the core Field Operation crew on site.</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation of the kick-off meeting for start-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in the preparation of the risk assessment of the activities to be performed during the start-up.</li>
<li>Prepare, as Area Authority, the potential Permit to Work required for start-up activities associated with Company Only Fluid (COF).</li>
<li>Liaise with the Start-up Supervisor on the main site to coordinate the progress of the start-up.</li>
<li>Contribute to updating the start-up monitoring tools as required with the Start-up Supervisor.</li>
<li>Take part in every Permit to Work meeting related to start-up and commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Witness, along with the Start-up Supervisor, the Operational Tests performed by commissioning and liaise with the Field Operation team.</li>
<li>Assist the Start-up Supervisor in preparing the request and order for required start-up tools, and ensure proper storage and identification of the start-up tools.</li>
<li>Prepare the operation of first fill with the commissioning team.</li>
<li>Prepare arrival on site (PTW, KOM, JSA, etc.) of vendors involved in the start-up of the facility.</li>
<li>Identify and check the critical valves (especially on brownfield) used as battery limits for leak tests.</li>
<li>Check any type B and C punch list and investigate if requested by the Start-up Supervisor, Field Operations Lead, the OTL or the OIM.</li>
<li>Ensure the list of inhibitions and isolations, with associated certificates and risk assessments, is properly signed and validated by the relevant persons.</li>
<li>Be aware of potential downgraded situations on site and update the core crew on any changes associated with start-up activity.</li>
<li>Participate in HazId, JSA and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews of new facilities.</li>
<li>Prepare, update and check on site the red line mark-up P&ID at the end of the construction and during commissioning phase. Ensure a set of up-to-date P&IDs is always available for the Field Operation team.</li>
<li>Contribute to the Incident Free initiative on site by reporting any anomaly, defect, bad practice, lack of equipment or lack of competence.</li>
<li>Assist the Start-up Supervisor to ensure all operators on site are well aware of the new safety systems and process upgrades brought by the project.</li>
<li>Maintain local signage and barriers adapted to the situation over time, with special attention to the boundaries of the SimOps area, the exit walkways and scaffolds.</li>
<li>Assist the teams with procedures for mechanical isolations, de-isolations and draining.</li>
<li>Suggest improvements and request modifications if Operating Procedures are not satisfactory.</li>
<li>All staff must be willing to participate in crisis response training and to assist during emergency response situations if required.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Context and environment</h4>
<p>Position will be full-time onshore work during engineering and construction in yards. Offshore rotation during HUC and start-up. Travel between sites will be necessary. During the offshore phase work will be on a rotation of 28 days on / 28 days off offshore Al Shaheen Field.</p>
<p>The position will transition to Offshore FOPS on completion of the project.</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<h4>Minimum qualifications and experience</h4>

<li>Education: Higher National Diploma or certificate (equivalent to A-levels + 2 years' study).</li>
<li>Industry experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas production operations.</li>
<li>COMPEX Certification is mandatory.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas production facilities.</li>
<li>Previous experience with national oil companies or large international operators is an advantage.</li>
