You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.</p> <p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b></p> <p><b>Field Service Know-How/ Planning and Control of Site Work Activities/ Control of Tools and Equipments/ Asset Inventories:</b></p> <ul> <li>Oversee a team of Field Services Technicians and ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.</li> <li>Schedule and assign work to Field Services Technicians, ensuring that the workload is distributed evenly.</li> <li>Monitor the progress of service requests and take appropriate action to ensure that they are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe.</li> <li>Ensure that all Field Services Technicians are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.</li> <li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all service requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.</li> <li>Keep accurate records of service requests, including the nature of the problem, the action taken, and the resolution.</li> <li>Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the Field Services team.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Field Services team.</li> <li>Ensure that all Field Services Technicians comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security policies.</li> <li>Manage and prioritize tasks for the field services team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.</li> <li>Monitor the performance and documentation of all tests mentioned in the Inspection Test Plan at site.</li> <li>Filling FIR &amp; NCR and problem solving at site including after sales inspections</li> <li>Build a strong and close working relationship with clients.</li> <li>Attend progress and coordination meetings to monitor all related project activities.</li> <li>Review method statement for site installation.</li> <li>Review theoretical training material i.e., presentation, animation, photos, and videos.</li> <li>Giving theoretical and practical training.</li> <li>Attending customer calls/emails for emergency work</li> <li>Conduct, evaluate and witness all testing activities related to the installed pipes.</li> </ul> <p><b>HSE:</b> Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions</p> <ul> <li>Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks</li> <li>Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents</li> <li>Report on unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations</li> <li>Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures</li> <li>Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required</li> </ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-4 years of experience in a similar role.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job-Specific Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Strong customer service skills.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills.</li> <li>Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.</li> </ul></div>
