<p>Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Prepare the Operation Theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures. Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures. Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices in the OT. Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts before and after procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition during surgery. Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and transfer. Handle and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment appropriately. Ensure proper sterilization and availability of surgical supplies. Assist with emergency procedures and maintain readiness for surgical emergencies. Complete OT documentation, surgical records, and handover reports accurately. Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc Nursing qualification.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an Operation Theatre.</li><li>Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, OT protocols, infection control, and sterilization.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a busy hospital environment.</li></ul>

<p>The FM will handle the Finance &amp; Accounts function by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and cost control across production and project operations. Ensure compliance with GCC VAT and statutory regulations while providing accurate financial analysis and strategic insights to support the Managing Partner in informed business decision-making.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage fund planning, cash flow, and overall financial operations of the company.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GCC VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor budget performance.</li><li>Manage working capital to support business operations and projects.</li><li>Oversee project/production costing and implement cost control measures.</li><li>Monitor project profitability, subcontractor payments, and contract billing.</li><li>Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and strategic reports to support management decision-making</li></ul>
