The Senior Proposal Engineer ensures that all proposals align with client requirements, project constraints, and company capabilities.</p><p>Operational Coordinate with project teams to prepare detailed, project-specific method statements for roads, drainage, utilities, and structures. Ensure constructability, execution sequencing, and methodologies are optimized for site conditions and client expectations. Suggest value engineering solutions and identify execution risks. Identify manpower, equipment, and material needs based on project scope and duration. Validate technical drawings, BOQs, and quantities for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with planning teams to develop construction schedules and resource histograms. Prepare and review technical write-ups such as site layouts, execution strategies, construction sequences, and compliance matrices. Format and finalize engineering execution sections of the technical proposal. Participate in site visits, pre-tender meetings, and internal technical briefings.
