<p>This aircraft painter position will report directly to the program manager and will be responsible for all surface preparation, treatment, and painting associated with the fleet of assigned aircraft at this location.</p>
<h4>Job Summary</h4>
<p>Performs surface preparation, treatment, and painting of components, all aircraft surface areas, aircraft panels, support equipment, or other items as required.<br>
Demonstrated ability to precisely apply paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin, or other material using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other devices.<br>
Masks and covers portions of surfaces not to be painted. Working knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques.<br>
Must be knowledgeable of military publications and diagrams.<br>
Ability to precisely apply vinyl graphics to multiple aircraft surfaces.<br>
Must be qualified in application of FMS-2026 Form 2, Type 1 F-16 Have Glass surface refinishing.</p>
<h4>Minimum Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience as a paint technician to include painting, maintenance, and finish work.</li>
<li>Education requirement: High school diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Proven experience with FMS-2026 F-16 Have Glass paint application procedures.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of USAF military publications and technical orders.</li>
<li>Must be able to lead, train, and mentor other technicians in all aspects of the F-16 aircraft paint technician specialty.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>F-16 Block 40 and above surface refinishing.</li>
<li>Highly experienced USAF 5 and 7 skill level or civilian equivalent.</li>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in development of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.</p>
<p>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. <h4>Desired experience:</h4>
<p>The ideal store manager in a retail company should have 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management experience, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills. Proven success in enhancing customer engagement, and achieving and exceeding sales KPI targets for stores. A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is often preferred.</p></p><p></p>

<h4>Hospitality and guest service</h4>

<li>Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression, e.g. wearing proper career wear that is clean and neatly pressed, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior and a clean and inviting dining room.</li>
<li>Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and always accurate.</li>
<li>Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.</li>
<li>Enhances the guest experience by following the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.</li>
<li>Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest.</li>
<li>Ensures every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru.</li>
<li>Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests’ needs.</li>
<li>Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue.</li>

<li>Regularly takes temperatures of the required products and records in the Time & Temperature Log.</li>
<li>Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions.</li>
<li>Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.</li>
<li>Maintains the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant.</li>
<li>Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager.</li>

<h4>Cashiering</h4>
<ul>
<li>Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits.</li>
<li>Issues receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly.</li>
<li>Counts money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change.</li>
<li>Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Health and safety</h4>

<li>Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.</li>
<li>Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required.</li>
<li>Reports all injuries/illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and any contravention of health and safety legislation, policies and procedures to the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner.</li>
