<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>We are looking for a finance professional to support dealership operations across sales and aftersales. The role will partner closely with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement, while ensuring strong compliance with company policies and procedures. Key areas of focus include cash control, sales accounting, credit approvals, stock controls, audit follow-up and continuous improvement of day-to-day internal controls.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and SAP uploads for sales and aftersales operations.</li>
<li>Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash, daily collections and intercompany reconciliations to ensure compliance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance and WIP controls, including physical inventory reconciliation, annual stock counts and timely closure of job cards in line with IFRS requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs, support internal audit reviews and drive timely implementation of audit recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead, supervise and develop the branch finance team, while supporting ad hoc reports, business projects and senior management requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
<ul>
<li>Strong financial analysis, budgeting, P&L, forecasting and MIS reporting capability.</li>
<li>Good understanding of VAT regulations, tax laws, IFRS and internal control requirements.</li>
<li>5-10 years of experience in finance. Chartered Accountant or similar professional finance qualification.</li>
<li>Analytical, detail-oriented and able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li>

<p>You will be part of the finance team supporting dealership operations, working closely with branch management, sales, aftersales, central finance and other business stakeholders. <p>Reporting to: Head of Finance & Risk Oman Minerals Trading Company (OMTC) Role Purpose : The Senior Finance Officer is responsible to lead, plan, prepare and organize Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax activities for OMTC. The role ensures the accurate financial reporting, compliance with international and local accounting standards, effective consolidation processes, and robust tax governance. The role provides technical accounting leadership, oversees tax compliance and reporting. The role safeguards company assets, ensures adherence to IFRS and OIA governance standards, and leads all external and internal audit processes. Further, Senior Finance Officer is responsible to prepare monthly MIS, shareholders reporting and involve deeply in business planning and treasury management.
