<p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat according to company standards and Halal requirements. The candidate must maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Cut, trim, debone, and portion beef, lamb, goat, chicken, and other permitted meats.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all meat handling and preparation complies with <strong>Halal standards.</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper storage.</p></li><li><p>Use knives, saws, mincers, and other butchery equipment safely and correctly.</p></li><li><p>Prepare meat according to customer orders and required portion sizes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, equipment, and storage facilities.</p></li><li><p>Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Properly label, weigh, package, and store meat products.</p></li><li><p>Minimize meat wastage while maintaining product quality.</p></li><li><p>Monitor refrigerator and freezer storage conditions.</p></li><li><p>Follow instructions from the Supervisor, or Manager.</p></li><li><p>Comply with company policies and local food safety regulations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Previous experience as a Butcher is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>Halal meat preparation and handling</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a cold and physically demanding environment.</p></li><li><p>Good attention to cleanliness and product quality.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a butcher shop, supermarket, meat processing facility, hotel, restaurant, or catering company.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Arabic or English is an advantage, depending on the workplace.</p></li><li><p>Halal certification or relevant training is an advantage.</p></li></ol>

<ul><li>Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, and services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery for project schedules.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements.</li><li>Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.</li><li>Prepare and issue requests for quotation (RFQ) and proposals (RFP), evaluating bids based on technical compliance, cost, and delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, specifically within the electrical contracting or construction industry.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent are highly advantageous.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing procurement for complex electrical projects, from low to high voltage systems.</li></ul>
