<p><h4>Job duties & responsibilities</h4>
<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to fuels department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of fuels assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections, and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. The ASM portion of the position coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer as directed by Site Manager.</p>
<p><strong>Primary liaison between Amentum sites and USAFCENT on issues pertaining to fuels.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees reconstitution and preservation plan for fuels based upon requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to include the calibration of meters, gauges and tools, functional testing of pumping systems and hydrostatic testing of fuel hoses.</li>
<li>Tracks fuels deployments, ensuring timely delivery of assets.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries from Program Management and sites concerning various requests from the USAF and external agencies.</li>
<li>Attends staff meetings and provides management reports and briefings, as required.</li>
<li>Provides assistance, guidance and coordination on revisions of fuels maintenance actions in response to changes in Air Force Publications, Technical Orders and the PWS.</li>
<li>Oversees Product Quality Deficiency Reports from submission to resolution.</li>
<li>Creates, coordinates, implements, and revises fuels Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Training Plans, as required.</li>
<li>Conducts periodic staff assistance visits to all sites.</li>
<li>Performs other duties and TDY travel as directed by management.</li>
<li>Performs duties of Site Manager in Site Manager’s absence.</li>
<li>Manages basic support services and accompanying labor force for assigned location.</li>
<li>Manages small team of U.S. nationals supervising skilled, semi-skilled foreign and local nationals.</li>
<li>Ensure that all requirements are met as defined in the Performance Work Statement.</li>
<li>Communicate new requirements, concerns, and issues to PMO for resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure that requirements are met for employee health, morale, and welfare.</li>
<li>Ensure that employees adhere to the Armed Forces and host nation standards of conduct concerning in-theater operations.</li>
<li>Effectively manage any employee management issues that may arise.</li>
<li>Closely supervises equipment and material within assigned area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Closely supervises the arrival, retrofit, and upgrade of equipment and material as assigned.</li>
<li>Conducts the weekly and monthly collection of data for quality input to PEBs or AFEB.</li>
<li>Submits timely reports required by the United States Government.</li>
<li>Conducts regular property inventories.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provides functional management for fuels issues program wide.</li>
<li>Manages day-to-day operations as assigned by Site Manager.</li>

<h4>Knowledge & skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Capable of organizing data quickly and effectively. Able to prepare and execute briefings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the USAF maintenance management system, to include OLVIMS required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the maintenance and operating procedures for Fuels Operational Readiness Capability Equipment (FORCE) desired.</li>
<li>Knowledge of fuels industrial safety, quality, environmental procedures, material deficiency reporting and the USAF supply system required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft software applications required, particularly MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.</li>
<li>Shall be knowledgeable and supervise all aspects of assignment of qualified personnel, scheduling workload, developing programs and procedures to satisfy customer requirements, coordinating with on-base support, preparing official correspondence, evaluating improvement suggestions, and knowledge of chain of command and protocol.</li>
<li>Compliance with fire, safety, and environmental protection requirements.</li>
<li>Background displaying ability to staff, organize, lead and manage a diverse work force larger than 5 people, particularly Foreign Nationals (FNs).</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work in various locations in the world.</li>
<li>Willingness to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24/7 operations.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn about the cultural, economic, geopolitical, and/or military issues of the Middle East and/or Arab-speaking countries within that region desired.</li>

<h4>Experience & education</h4>
<ul>
<li>The Fuels Manager shall have a minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in fuels hydrant operations and maintenance of bulk petroleum storage terminals.</li>
<li>The FM/ASM shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics, project management, operations management or facilities management/maintenance field.</li>
<li>As a minimum, the Fuels OM&R Manager shall have two (2) years of supervisory experience in fuel hydrants operations with emphasis in operations and environmental compliance.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.</li>
<li>Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.</li>
</ul>

<p><h4>About the role</h4>
<p>The assistant manager for MPM is locally responsible to efficiently and effectively manage the medical provider networks. The assistant manager MPM is expected to negotiate the tariff and facilitate the onboarding of medical providers with an objective to have a diverse portfolio of medical services which are financially beneficial to the Allianz group.</p>
<p>The assistant manager is responsible for supporting MPM manager and senior manager in leading the team and managing the local provider relationship management for the assigned region.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<p>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support and drive the strategy devised by the global and regional head of MPM.</li>
<li>Deliver assigned objectives within full scope of medical provider management within the region individually or in coordination with a team of medical provider management resources locally, where applicable.</li>
<li>Work and lead the projects (global, regional, local regulatory) as required for the business continuity in the region.</li>
<li>Consolidation, integration, maintenance, and development of a single AP medical provider network in the region with regional direction.</li>
<li>Maintain the reputation of the company, beneficiaries, payers, and all other parties involved.</li>
<li>Ability to deliver on targets set locally, regionally, and globally.</li>
<li>Acquire medical services in accordance with MPM strategy and manage empanelment requests from medical providers to provide a comprehensive network at an optimized cost.</li>
<li>Responsible for implementing the local and regional delegation of authority policy (DOAP).</li>
<li>Act as the senior representative for the Oman provider network and the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.</li>
<li>Lead contract negotiations, tariff revisions, service expansions, and direct billing performance per DOA policy.</li>
<li>Manage escalations, ensure provider satisfaction, and maintain strong strategic relationships with key network partners.</li>
<li>Oversee all Oman MPM activities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regional strategy.</li>
<li>Fully own and lead all regulatory deliverables mandated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the regional guidance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with regulators, providers, internal legal, claims, and IT to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Lead the full transition from internal codes to standard CPT pricing across contracted providers.</li>
<li>Conduct technical tariff mapping, CPT validation, and price impact simulations to ensure cost-neutral implementation.</li>
<li>Negotiate revised price lists with hospitals and clinics to avoid cost inflation and manage financial risks.</li>
<li>Work closely with mapping and claims teams to validate coding accuracy and financial implications.</li>
<li>Lead the rollout of ePrescriptions across all contracted pharmacies and ensure seamless integration with Damani and PBM systems under regional direction.</li>
<li>Drive the completion of the regulatory mandated SPC.</li>
<li>Ensure providers adopt required contractual terms, pricing structures, and regulatory clauses.</li>
<li>Manage negotiations with medical providers to reduce average claim cost per network.</li>
<li>Provide regional and local medical provider cost analysis to facilitate cost containment and financial savings impact.</li>
<li>Negotiate tariffs, renegotiations, and new service inclusions with providers to maintain competitive tariffs in line with defined benchmarks.</li>
<li>Enhance the provider revenue structure to generate savings in line with the regional MPM strategy as applicable and in compliance with the regulatory framework.</li>
<li>Responsible for supporting periodic reporting of MPM centrally and regionally.</li>
<li>Maintain and update all required trackers, reports, and dashboards within the MPM function.</li>
<li>Maintain valid medical provider data, hierarchy, and links for the region and update web interactive portal services.</li>
<li>Manage negotiation of health checkup packages, gatekeeper arrangements, and special schemes arrangements with medical providers with specification of SLA.</li>

<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to FUELS Department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of FUELS assets. <p><h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>The Fuels Manager (FM)/Alternate Site Manager (ASM) provides leadership and guidance to fuels department personnel. Responsible for the overall program management of fuels assets. Manages asset receipts, accountability, serviceability, storage, security, periodic inspections, and deployment. Establishes asset reconstitution production schedules to meet United States Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) requirements. Reviews asset reconstitution production, periodic maintenance, and inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions to USAFCENT A4/RF. Provides guidance on environmental issues as they relate to fuel assets. Responsible for program quality assurance as part of ISO 9000 standards. The ASM portion of the position coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, personnel, and services at assigned location ensuring quality to the customer as directed by Site Manager.</p>
<h4>Job duties & responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Primary liaison between Amentum sites and USAFCENT on issues pertaining to fuels.</li>
<li>Oversees reconstitution and preservation plan for fuels based upon requirements and the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including calibration of meters, gauges and tools, functional testing of pumping systems, and hydrostatic testing of fuel hoses.</li>
<li>Tracks fuels deployments, ensuring timely delivery of assets.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries from program management and sites concerning various requests from the USAF and external agencies.</li>
<li>Attends staff meetings and provides management reports and briefings, as required.</li>
<li>Provides assistance, guidance, and coordination on revisions of fuels maintenance actions in response to changes in Air Force publications, technical orders, and the PWS.</li>
<li>Oversees product quality deficiency reports from submission to resolution.</li>
<li>Creates, coordinates, implements, and revises fuels standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training plans, as required.</li>
<li>Conducts periodic staff assistance visits to all sites.</li>
<li>Performs other duties and TDY travel as directed by management.</li>

<li>Knowledge of the USAF maintenance management system, including OLVIMS required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the maintenance and operating procedures for Fuels Operational Readiness Capability Equipment (FORCE) desired.</li>
<li>Knowledge of fuels industrial safety, quality, environmental procedures, material deficiency reporting, and the USAF supply system required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft software applications required, particularly MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable and able to supervise all aspects of assignment of qualified personnel, scheduling workload, developing programs and procedures to satisfy customer requirements, coordinating with on-base support, preparing official correspondence, evaluating improvement suggestions, and knowledge of chain of command and protocol.</li>

<li>The Fuels Manager shall have a minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience in fuels hydrant operations and maintenance of bulk petroleum storage terminals.</li>
<li>The FM/ASM shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics, project management, operations management or facilities management/maintenance field.</li>
<li>As a minimum, the Fuels OM&R Manager shall have two (2) years of supervisory experience in fuel hydrants operations with emphasis in operations and environmental compliance.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.</li>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.</li>
</ul>
