<p><h4>Position objective<\/h4>\n<p>The position is responsible for increasing business revenues.<br>\nThe position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures required as per retail standards across stores to drive the business and gain customer satisfaction.<br>\nOversee the recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store, and efficient decision making to enhance the overall performance of the store.<br>\nRepresent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.<br>\nProvide leadership and support to all the employees.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Key responsibilities<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Sales and profitability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square feet, sales turnover, shrinkage control, increase in conversion percentage.<\/li>\n<li>Set store sales target to maximize the sales and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Guide area managers and store managers to maximize productivity in stores through effective utilization of the available resources.<\/li>\n<li>Effective management of the operational costs, reduction in operational costs by automation.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere and enforce company SOP, policies and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines in all the stores. Also monitor the measures to ensure compliance by all the employees.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation and execution of the visual merchandising guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train the staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the performance of the employees annually and promote open lines of communication through coaching and motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and make decision on operations and visual standards based on store and client\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Employee development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify store training and development needs in conjunction with the brand general manager and training department.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate a succession plan, in conjunction with the brand general manager.<\/li>\n<li>Set KPIs and KRAs for direct reportees and conduct performance appraisal and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Involve in the selection and recruitment of the operational staff, when required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure technical and behavioral proficiency of staff through appropriate learning and development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regional sales and operations meetings on regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Provide frequent feedback to the area managers and store managers on their performances, in relation to company's performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand participation in loyalty programme \u2018Club Apparel\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly meeting with GM and senior management to discuss business plan Vs achievements and improvement areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stock management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor store inventory in consultation with brand general manager and brand managers.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a proactive relationship between GM, area manager, brand manager, store manager and the buyers\/planners thereby maximizing sales.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor slow-moving and out-dated stock, in consultation with brand managers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stock security measures are effectively managed by store managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Store design and projects management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involve in the design and layout process of the new store projects.<\/li>\n<li>Design a \"New Store Schedule\" prior to commencement of design process.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to concept architect during the design and implementation process.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular project update meetings with the projects team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to territory during set-up and merchandising phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure enhanced brand visibility and provide inputs for marketing and brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Handling legal responsibilities related to store management, store opening and planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p><p><\/p>

Handling of Projects, CRs and support production fixes on test system, maintain test system</p><p>w.r.t payment system compliance changes and etc. for Debit card system.</p><p>b. Undertake technical evaluations of existing and new initiatives pertaining to Debit cards and</p><p>ATM Acquiring to ensure it addresses the bank’s requirements without impacting system</p><p>performance and put forward comprehensive recommendations</p><p>c. <p>Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air to detect and locate leaks. Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications. Study building plans and inspect structures in order to plan installations. Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles. Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.</p>

<li>Orients new personnel to work crews, planned work assignments and established work methods.</li>
<li>Evaluates employees' work performance, resolves personnel related problems and initiates action to correct substandard performance by personnel and determine logistic support.</li>
<li>Reviews current Technical Orders and provides recommended changes to the Job Plans/Maintenance Action Sheets (MAS) to the Bear Functional.</li>
<li>Researches asset/equipment discrepancies and identifies them to the Bear Functional for coordination with the customer.</li>
<li>Inspects hazardous materials within the assigned work center and coordinates with the appropriate office for the disposal of HAZMAT when required.</li>
<li>Reviews and analyzes production goals weekly.</li>
<li>Reviews Standard Basis Supply System (SBSS) supply documents to verify status of parts.</li>
<li>Submits the Local Purchase (LP) supply documents to procure items such as test and shop equipment, consumables, etc.</li>
<li>Reviews and inventories Organizational Equipment Listing (OEL) and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) for the department.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Minimum Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ability to read, understand and interpret all technical data associated with Civil Engineering and BOB assets and related equipment required.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum PowerPoint, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain CSC Certification.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>May be required to operate material handling equipment.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Background in mechanical/electrical equipment or facilities maintenance required.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years' experience as a supervisor with US Air Force/Commercial CE equipment and engineering workshop facilities and demonstrated understanding of BOB and Rapid Engineering Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) or similar Department of Defense Agencies Contingency Systems required.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting, pushing, pulling minimum of 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with Harvest Falcon, Eagle and RED HORSE and BEAR assets preferred.</li>
<li>Maximo experience preferred.</li>
